Vice President charged with directing channel sales, programs, and partner management for Panasonic business products, which included overseeing a 23-person distribution and partner sales management team. Responsible for overall channel strategy, sales and account management for all channel partners and distributors selling Panasonic business products, including mobility, professional AV, doc/imaging security, and POS. Developed strategic planning and vision for channel partner programs for the U.S. and Latin America. Managed marketing and sales of reseller partners and solution providers. Set strategic channel direction for $1B mobility, AV and POS manufacturer, including strategies in distribution and partner program management. Responsible for overall sales strategy, budget, marketing, and account relationships. Directed multiple mergers of various product group programs into one, to seamlessly create fewer, but more successful programs. Also successfully moved 500+ direct partners to distribution in a two-phase approach and created a master channel program for all product groups. Even with various mergers of product groups, maintained VARBusiness 5-Star Gold Level Partner program, awarded 2006-2012. Achieved Everything Channel ARC Champion Mobility in 2010, and winning subcategories in technical innovations and partner support.
