I am somewhat a changed person now, since this experience has exposed me to a lot of things that I might have never thought of. Honestly, I thought of the keywords like cultural diversity, life changing experience, culture shock and leadership to be too clichd in AIESECs culture but now I realized they had a true meaning. Initially, I had to face a lot of challenges including the unfamiliar environment, strange culture at the shelter, severe backache and tough working conditions. But then after a week I started to settle down, things started to work out for me. I started to like the place, made friends, got attached to the kids at the shelter and started to move around the country to make the best out of the life time opportunity I got. Hasan, Pakistan
