WORK PLACEMENT AGREEMENT LLP Programme

ARTICLE 1: Signatories of agreement Content and o!ation of " a!ement The following agreement regulates the relationship between the Company identified below (hereafter referred to as the Company):

The sub,ect of the placement should be mutually agreed upon by the Company and the School and should ta"e into consideration the general educational programme of the School and the Trainee-s area of speciali.ation! A rider should be added to the agreement in case of e*tension of the duration of the /lacement at the re+uest of the Company and the Trainee! In the case of end-of-study final year placements, the date of termination of the placement should not exceed the date of the final viva voce examination assessing the placement. For other types of placements any extension should take into consideration the academic calendar in force. Conditions of P a!ement The Trainee will be re+uired to be present at the wor"place for a ma*imum of 01 hours per wee"! 'etails of special circumstances where the Trainee is re+uired to be present at the wor"place at night# on Sundays or in public holidays should be outlined here:

Arti! e 1: Com" etion of Wor7 P a!ement Re"ort *.r8 + E-a .ation 2n completion of the wor" placement# the Company shall issue a certificate of satisfactory completion and an e(aluation form that should be sent to the School! The Trainee should submit a 3or" /lacement Report in compliance with the academic re+uirements of the School! A copy of the Report should be sent to the Company Super(isor as re+uired! 'etails of the Report may be discussed during the ,ury in "eeping with the academic re+uirements of the School! Arti! e 0: Stat.s of Trainee Conditions of S."er-ision The Trainee shall remain a student of the School throughout the entire period of the wor" placement and will be monitored by the School! The Company shall appoint a Company Super(isor who will pro(ide technical super(ision and ensure the placement is carried out under optimum conditions! $f the Trainee is re+uired to return to School during the /lacement to attend classes or meetings# the School should duly the company of the dates! Arti! e 9: ,is!i" ine The Trainee shall comply with the rules and regulations and code of conduct of the Company# and in particular with hours of wor" and Company health# safety and hygiene guidelines throughout the period of the placement! 2nly the School can ta"e disciplinary actions against the Trainee! Any case of misconduct should be reported by the Company to the School and supported by e(idence! The Company may terminate the /lacement prematurely in case of gross misconduct on the part of the Trainee under article 45 of the present agreement! $f the Trainee recei(es fringe benefits or benefits in "ind (e!g! free meals# etc)# the corresponding amount should be added to the monthly compensation! Tra(el and li(ing e*penses incurred by the Trainee on official business at the Company-s re+uest# as well as any training costs pertaining to the /lacement shall be incurred by the Company in accordance with the Company-s normal practice and terms! Trainees who incur medical costs abroad can be reimbursed by the insurance company by pro(iding receipts of costs incurred! 8! Co(erage pro(ided by the Company: The Company should tic" the appropriate bo* below to indicate whether it will pro(ide health and sic"ness medical co(er for the Trainee# in accordance with the local regulations 9%S :2 6!8! $nsurance co(erage for Accidents in the wor"place for the Trainees abroad: 4! $n order to benefit from local legislation on accidents in the wor"place# the /lacement: & should not e*ceed 48 months including all e*tensions & should not include any form of remuneration entitling the Trainee to wor"place accident insurance in the foreign country & should ta"e place e*clusi(ely in the Company designed in this agreement & should ta"e place e*clusi(ely in the foreign country mentioned in this agreement 8! :otifications of accidents in the wor"place is the responsibility of the School! The Company must inform the School in writing no later than ;6 hours after the accident! 0! Co(erage for accidents in the wor"place includes accidents that occur: & 3ithin the perimeter of the place of wor" and during the hours of wor"< & 2n the inward or outward ,ourney between the Trainee-s place of residence and place of wor" abroad< & 2n the inward or outward ,ourney between the Trainee-s normal place of residence in Romania and the place of his=her /lacement abroad< & 2n an e*ternal assignment entrusted to the Trainee by the Company and co(ered by a Company authori.ation! ;! The Company underta"es to co(er the Trainee against ris" of accident in the wor"place# ris" of accident on the way to and from the place of wor" and ris" of occupational illnesses or disease# and to ma"e all necessary notifications and declarations duly if any one of the conditions outlined in the paragraph 6!8&4 is not fulfilled!

1! >nder all circumstances: & the Company must immediately notify the School if the Trainee suffers an accident in the wor"place during the /lacement< & the Company should pro(ide full insurance co(erage for the Trainee if he=she is re+uired to underta"e assignments outside the perimeter of the place of wor" or in another country! 3hene(er the re+uired conditions are not fulfilled the Company underta"es to subscribe to all necessary policies to ensure the protection and co(erage of the Trainee# and to ma"e all necessary declarations in case of an accident in the wor"place! Arti! e <: Ci-i Lia4i it8 and Ins.ran!e %ach of the three parties in(ol(ed (i!e! the Company# the School and the Trainee ) declare they are in possession of a (alid ci(il liability insurance policy! Regardless of the nature of the placement and the country of destination# the Trainee underta"es to ta"e out an insurance policy co(ering accident and co(er pro(iding assistance in case of need of medical repatriation# legal aid# etc! $f the Company puts a motor (ehicle at the disposal of the Trainee# it should ascertain that the insurance policy for the (ehicle co(ers its use by the Trainee! $f the Trainee uses his=her own (ehicle or a (ehicle loaned by a third party for the purpose of his=her /lacement# he=she should declare this to the insurer of the (ehicle and pay any supplementary insurance co(er! Arti! e 12: A4sen!e and Termination of P a!ement Temporary Absence All absences should be notified by the Company to the School! A rider signed by the signatories of this agreement should be appended to the present agreement in case of absences e*ceeding one wee" for determined reasons or due to unforeseen circumstances and authori.ed by the Company! Termination of /lacement $f one of the three parties (Company# School or Student) wishes to prematurely terminate the /lacement# this party should immediately inform the other parties and confirm this re+uest in writing! The reasons gi(en shall be e*amined carefully in close consulation with all parties and the final decision made at the end of the consultation! Arti! e 11: Se!re!8 and ,.t8 of Confidentia it8 Absolute confidentiality must be obser(ed at all times! The Trainee underta"es that under no circumstances shall he=she publish any information about the company or di(ulge this information to a third party without the prior agreement of the Company! This condition also applies to the 3or" /lacement Report! This condition applies for and after the duration of the /lacement! The Trainee underta"es not to remo(e or "eep any document or copy thereof or software of whate(er nature appertaining to the Company without its consent! :!?! The Company reser(es the right to restrict the circulation or the 3or" /lacement Report or to re+uest the remo(al of restricted or confidential information from the Report in the interests of

confidentiality! All persons who read the report in the line of their professional duty shall e+ually obser(e professional confidentiality and shall not di(ulge information contained therein! Arti! e 13: Re!r.itment $f a contract of employment between the Company and the Trainee comes into effect before the date of the end of the /lacement this agreement becomes immediately null and (oid# and the Trainee shall no longer be under the responsibility of the 'irector of the School# who should be informed before the contract is signed! Arti! e 16: Mis!e aneo.s C a.se The Trainee cannot e*pect to a(ail himself=herself of computing facilities pro(ided by the School for acti(ities related to his=her /lacement! Arti! e 11: A"" i!a4 e La= *.risdi!tion The present Agreement is gou(erned by Romanian law! Any unresol(ed conflict shall be settled by the rele(ant Romanian court entertaining ,urisdiction in the matter! Signed at !# on !
