Foreword
This booklet is reprinted as I consider that the opinion of,
“The Last Hope of Mankind” of the World Peace Envoy,
Dr.Suchart Kosolkitiwong written about 20 years ago,
printed in Thai and in English distributed worldwide at the
moment, is an appropriate opinion to use to solve the
present world situation.
Now the World Peace Envoy is ordained as a Buddhist
monk named Ariyawanso Bhikkhu.
I, in the position of the Secretary General of the Office of
the World Peace Envoy, reprinted it, to propagate the
opinion to world leaders, leaders of religions and all
religionists on how to reach the principles of their religions
and practice according to their religious principles . Every
religion has teaching about their principles. If religionists
live according to them, they will live together peacefully ,
helping one another. If everyone acts according to the real
principles of religions, the world will not be in a disastrous
state. Humanity will certainly live in happiness and peace.

Office of the World Peace Envoy
To world leaders, religious leaders and all humans:
Every religionist should attain religious principles: no
religion teaches people to make war , no religion teaches
them to slaughter one another, every religion teaches
people to act according to the five precepts, to have loving
kindness towards one another. Those who study the
scriptures should know that the Koran, the Old and New
Testament, Buddhist Scriptures, all forecast that there will
be a doomsday by the great floods and this kind of
situation might cause the third world war.
Now, God is punishing the world, May all of you be of one
mind, joining to pray. Buddhists gathering together to pray,
Christians, Muslims, Sikhs and also other religions of the
world to do the same, join in prayer about the event of
floods or the third world war that might happen, pray for
the floods not to inundate or world war III not to break out.
Nevertheless, floods are better than war or fire. “ If the
third world war breaks out, no human will be left. For with
floods there are some left. Pray for the least situation to
happen.
This announcement announces to leaders and all humans
that all humans must be born, become old, sick and die. Do
you want to die hot or cold ? You may send your wish to
the Office of the World Peace Envoy, for me will gather the
wishes to send to God.
You all who are world creatures, you needn’t dare to
organize a human social system. God is coming to do it.

PREFACE
In the present world full of conflicts and without peace, all
countries, big and small have tried their best to build their
massive military power, partly for the protection of their
sovereignty, and partly for the condition of their economic
advantage by which they use to search for the foreign
markets for their products to increase their national
income and wealth. In the meantime, they steadily
enlarge their military influence to gain recognition from the
world public for other benefits to satisfy their self-
interested nature.
In their search for world recognition, most countries
nowadays have sought to one similar policy by building up
their fighting forces through the stockpile of armaments
and the development of military power with huge
monetary budget.
The weapons which they produce or posses by any
possible means are most destructive that mankind could
ever conceive in the history of self-annihilation of human
beings by the easiest method of button pressing. Their
enormous power of destruction will cause unforeseen
adverse ecological damages: demineralization of soils,
cataclysmic climatic changes and massive deforestation.
It is believe that the catastrophe of nuclear war will cause
a big change in the world. Some countries will submerge
into the ocean. Almost all human beings will be wiped out.
Those still alive will be fighting with incurable disease until
their death. There will be a nuclear winter, cataclysmic
climate changes, decrease of agricultural productivity, and
loss of life of all living creatures. The atmospheric pollution
will be so thick, through which the sunlight cannot
penetrate. The importance of all is that human beings will
lose their morale and mind together with the
disappearance of their civilization.
Now, we have to choose whether we want war or peace. If
peace is our choice. How can peace be created? And how
can peace be preserved eternally?
I have found the answer to the question. It is encouraging
that more and more people are now interested in and give
support to the project for world peace which I am working
on.
I am proud to present my proposal for world eternal peace
as found in this booklet for the survival of mankind.
I will be delighted to receive full cooperation from peace
promoters including you so that we can realize the world
eternal peace in our age and can preserve this beautiful
planet of earth eternally for the whole of mankind.

PEACE CONCEPT
OF
WORLD PEACE ENVOY
EVER PROPOSED
TO MANKIND
 AT VARIOUS PLACES
HOW CAN WE MAKE OUR WORLD PEACEFUL
First of all, we have to find out what is the most important
resource of the world. Human beings are the citizens of
the world. And so they are the most precious resource of
the world. In each country, if there are no citizens, there
will be no government. The government can exist because
there are people for it to govern.
So, the people of the world should be united to press their
resolution to those few world leaders. Most of the people of
the world do not want any war. The persons who detonate
the wars are those few leaders of powerful countries and a
hundred more of leaders of other nations.
A NEW PATH TO WORLD PEACE AS BEINGS WATCHED
CLOSELY BY ALL SIDES.
In the past, both World War I and World War II were
exploded by a few world leaders whose minds were defiled
with wrath and delusion. When we allowed the politicians
to solve the world problems, there occurred Communism
and Democracy. When we let the economists do the work,
they created the Haves and the Have-nots.
The most effective way to make those few leaders get rid
of their defilements of anger and delusion is to clean their
minds Dharma: the tranquil power of religions, so that they
will not be under the influence of anger and delusion
defilements. This is the prevention of way by religious
power.
RELIGIOUS POWER: THE LAST HOPE TO PREVENT WORLD
WAR.
The situation of the world today is so critical that it needs
the presence of religious leaders to assist. All religions
never teach their followers to make war and fight each
other. But wars occurs because men fail to have true
religious belief and do not realize the fact of nature and the
truth of human life.
If the leaders of all religions can really perceive the truth of
their scriptures, get closer to God of their faith, bring virtue
of God and goodness of the scriptures to spread out and
try to change the ideas of men who are blinded by greedy
and illusive defilements to become less in their mind, then
true peace can be achieved.
It is, therefore, the duty of religious leaders to really work
together by which peace can be won and the world leaders
can change their attitude to store up Dharma instead of
weapons.
Real peace of the world, if there ever be, must be by the
power of religions. Religious power is a tranquil power. It is
a peaceful power. If the power of all religions can be
united to work in unison for the solutions of the world, their
power will be more powerful than any other in the world.
So, it is the last way to prevent the world war effectively.
Therefore, it is the right time for the religionists to step out
and help solve the world problems. They must be the real
religionists, not the fraudulent ones. The real religionists
are not attached to anything. Neither do they work for
fame, nor for offerings. They work only for happiness of
mankind.
EVERYONE WANTS PEACE.
All human beings, they wish for peace, but act on the
opposite. This is because they are under the influence of
wrong concept and so, they work their way to the ultimate
goal with fear by inventing destructive weapons to destroy
each other. It is, therefore, the duty of religious and peace
leaders of the world to work in cooperation to eradicate all
these problems.
The world today is unrest because each side does not trust
each other. They all want peace. One side calls for peace
at Washington, another one at Moscow, while the other at
Peking. Their efforts will never achieve peace. They have to
be invited to discuss on peace in the religious atmosphere.
STRATEGY FOR PEACE
Peace is of many levels, by nature, all human beings, after
their physical satisfaction of foods consumption, they will
have a defilement by sensual craving. They can get rid of
this defilement by means of praying to their God. This is
the right way to peace.
The ability we need to make peace for the world must
come from what we used to make peace for ourselves. We
have to possess peace in our mind as a foundation.
From peace within oneself, there will be peace in a family,
then peace in a village, peace in a district, peace in a
 country and peace in the world. Peace is, therefore,
connected like a chain. It prevails everywhere with no
boundaries.
There are two ways to achieve peace:-
1.Encourage all men to be religious and get closer to their
God.
2.Find the way to invite world leaders to a discussion with
open heart.

THE WORLD REVOLUTIONARY PLAN

Men have called for peace for centuries. Politicians as well
as Militarists have tried but never find their success. We
should allow the leaders of religions to try. How can the
religious power be used on this purpose? Here are the
points:-
1. We have to realize our human value. What are we born for?
What we really want will come from the answer of
discussion among religious leaders. We all have to
contemplate on the fact of death. All of us will surely die
not later than a hundred years of life. After our death, can
we bring along those accumulated weapons?
If we can convince all men to realize the truth of their birth,
the reason of their living, and the destination of their next
life, there will surely be peace.
2. In order to have religious power, it is necessary to build
material objects. They attract the people to come, after
which religious leaders will be invited to discuss in a
meeting. Furthermore, other leaders of the world will be
invited to find a resolution on “ What do men really want?”
 and, “What are they living for?” We have to obtain their
resolution first. Then let every country observe this
resolution. Do it everyday like chanting until everyone
remember it well. Then peace will prevail.
3. Unite the power of Dharma by promoting the inter-religious
brotherhood among leaders of religions in order to create
religious power. All religions teach their followers to do
good. None of them teaches evil doing. All of them as we
believe, originated from the same source: that is from the
World of Divinity, and they also lead to the same ultimate
goal: the World of Divinity or the World of God.

STRATEGY FOR THE PREVENTION OF WAR

In unifying the religious powers for the prevention of wars,
it is necessary to move step by step as follows:-
1.Promote unifications amongst men with an opinion to
creating world unity;
2.Eliminate controversial disagreement on religious doctrines
in order to raise spirit of religious brotherhood;
3.Promote good human relations in this world for people of
various religious faiths;
4.Encourage all people to cherish humanity consideration in
their mind;
5.Take all possible measures for the creation of world eternal
peace.

ENEMIES OF PEACE WORKERS

Workers for peace must be aware of warmongers who have
power of politics, money, and economic wealth,
penetrating in everywhere around the world. They do not
 want peace. We have to find a concrete measure to
destroy their movement: the anti-peace movement. They
are:-
1.The movement of War Traders. They make themselves rich
in war time;
2.The movement of Arms Traders. They do not want peace,
because peace cannot make them rich.
3. The movement of armaments factory owners. They do not

want peace. Because if the world has peace, they cannot

maintain their factories of armaments.
4. The movement of Mafia. They are traders on narcotic
drugs and illegal goods. They do not want peace.
The workers for peace have to fight the power of these
movements without knowing them. They will normally
utilize the power of local government to destroy the peace
movement. So, peace workers of the world must be very
careful.

THE VICTORY OF WINNING THE RACE FOR PEACE

The way to fight for victory of world peace is that we have
to destroy those movements with following measure:-
1.All leaders of religions must be united with harmonious
sincerity;
2.All peace loving diplomats must be united with harmonious
sincerity;
3.All parliaments in the world must be united with
harmonious sincerity;
4. Find possible way of holding a world peace conference

where leaders of world religions and governments are

invited for a meeting on the purpose of their birth, the
 reason of their living, and the destination of their next life.
When they discuss on the above subjects, they will
carefully think with mindfulness. They will finally realize
the fact that everyone will die. No need to make war. If
they can solve this problem, they can also solve those
problems on economy, politics, and armaments. They will
close down the nuclear producing factories. The meeting
on disarmament become easy. But nowadays , they do not
have a meeting to discuss about themselves first. They
meet to discuss about all external matters. So, I propose
for them to discuss about the truth of themselves first.
5.Try all possible means to establish the World Government.

My beloved friends and followers,

 I would like to thank you all who are kind
enough to organize the merit making to mark any birthday
once again by issuing a publication of the works that I have
done this past year for the benefit of the public for the next
younger generation to study. I am pleased with all of you
for your best wishes for me.
In this message, I would like to speak about my
deep thought to all of you. I dedicate myself to work for
religion and humankind since my 22 years of age. Now it is
my 46th birthday which is called the middle age. I have
made pranidhana <intention> that after serving the
society to the age of 50 I will ordain and live in the yellow
robe until the last day of my life. Now the time falls into
dissolution. May I thank the holy power and all believers
who help to extend my life longer till today. Four years
remain in the limitation of my pranidhana. This time I am
worried over one thing, that is, in 1982 I was attacked by a
political storm though I did not enter the political arena
but politics tackled me until I must refuge for 4 years and 6
months. I paved out to fight for our standing up to the
present which is the 3rd year. The defence of the cases is
still pending in the court of justice. No case is finalized.
Therefore I think that my intention will or will not be
fulfilled is the destine of heaven.
Finally, may I pray for the power of Triple Gem
and power of sacred things in the universe to bestow on
you who help to finish this book and those who care for me
in making merit for my birthday and participate in the
event and those who do not participate in the event but
who have good intention with the prosperity and success
all your life.
Life is very short. Everyone should be mindful and
ready to help your own life for a long survival.

PRANIDHANA
The Valley of Ariya
The Tenasserim Mountains in the midst of forests
and mountains.

The time passed by very quickly as the flow of

a stream which flows away and does not return. All things
in the world are wholly Aniccang, Dhukkang and Anatta.
Now the 28th March circulates once again in the year 1992.
On counting the day I am 49 years old and entering my
fiftieth year of life. My friends and followers would like to
make a publication which is my brief biography for
commemoration because I have already dedicated my
worldly life and entered monkhood in Buddhism which
causes wonder to the society. Some may doubt why I
hurried to ordain though everyone thinks I would ordain on
my completion of fiftieth year of my life. And some said
that I entered monkhood because I was forced to, I would
like to state here that no one can force me because I have
my own truthfulness, “ I am pleased to die rather than to
bow to Adhamma.”
The cause of decision for ordination is because I have
considered that sooner or later I must enter monkhood
according to my vow. From October to December 1991 I
wandered on pilgrimage in India, Nepal, and Tibet. During
that time I made meditation all along and returned to
Thailand in December. I remembered that the date of 28th
December is Coronation Day of King Taksin the Great. And
in a few days it will be the year 1992 which is the
significant year of the Sixtieth Birthday of Her Majesty the
Queen or her 5th Cycle birthday. I decided that we had
nothing to show our loyalty except to ordain for dedication
to Her Majesty the Queen.
In fact, on the Sixtieth Birthday of His Majesty King
Bhumibol the Great, I intended to ordain for dedication to
Him. But I must defend myself in the court of justice. The
cases were not finalized. If I entered the monkhood at that
time I might be charged again that I entered the monkhood
to escape the cases. Furthermore, when my mother passed
away, H.M. the King kindly gave her a royal cremation as a
special case. His Majesty’s Royal Grace was remains in my
mind all the time. I intended to do something to dedicated
merit for the Chakri Dydasty.
Finally my defence for the six cases which were charged by
the government were finalized in 1991. The Court of
Justice has rejected all the six cases. Meanwhile, Her
Majesty the Queen is sixty years old in 1992. I decided
when I have no chance to dedicate merit for His Majesty
the King but the golden occasion comes I should ordain as
a monk to dedicate the merit for Her Majesty the Queen
before my completion of 50 years of age. In fact, on
counting as the Chinese year I am then 50 years old. I
decided to enter monkhood according to my pranidhana <
intention> which I intended on my 22 years of age at the
time I decided to dedicate my life to serve to society,
religion and humankind. I have a motto, “if the man has no
moral, he must have honesty. If he has neither moral nor
honesty, he is a “ changeful character.” So may the society
understands this matter.
At last, may I pray for the power of the Triple Gem to
protect you all who compiled the book on my brief
biography and those who read this book, with more
happiness and prosperity in their human life. A man’s life
is too short. Don’t fall in carelessness. Be conscious and
ready to know that the death follows us up every moment.
Don’t mislead the gain, repute, praise and happiness.
Please raise your own spirituality for the Noble Path of
Nirvana.

 In the midst of forests and mountains,
Being quite and unknown to the external world,
No worry, no anxiety, no suffering, extremely happy,
Calm clear concentrated mind pure and extremely
comfortable,
The forest cocks crew with clear voice.
The birds sing as rhythm.
Monkeys, langurs, flying squirrels, gibbons call
and answer like the sound of music .
Barking deer, stags cry noisily like the sound
of a flute and drum.
The tiger crys, groans, and growls with sounding voice.
It is like music of the nature in the midst of forests,
To make mind and heart quite, listen continuously,
To dedicate and expand loving-compassion,
For sentient-beings to be friends to each.

Humans, please stop.
Stop greed, stop hatred, stop delusion happiness is
found.
Do not stop delusion, sadness is
found.
Desiring for happiness, one must stop, then be happy.
Never stop, never have enough, must suffer.

I, Ariyawanso Bhikkhu
Know having enough, have stopped, am happy, have no
worry.
Because I have enough, one shaved head, one bowl, can’t
eat well.

Have firm faith of “ Buddha” in mind,

Buddha power spreads wide
and far.
Make me stay still far from
worry.
Amidst the forests, mountains, bushes utmost
happiness.
If you want happiness, no suffering you must stop.

The eyesight sees dharma, meets nirvana.
The best desire of human beings.

Ways to Peace
Today is a Buddhist Sabbath day.
with the full moon of the fifth month.
I can remember that it is Somdech Toh’s birthday.
 Then I walked in meditation praying “ Buddho.”
To make merit for him.
Delighted amidst the forests,
Mountains and bush lines.
At very peaceful Ariya valley.
Cut out suffering, leave happiness, meet comfort.
The body walks in meditation, the mind in oneness.
Reach ecstasy occurring for long permanency.
Difficult to describe.

All over the place is lighted with moonlight.
I am alone, deep in the night, very lonely.
There is only the sound of forest bugs.
I walk in meditation around the hut.

Look left, look right, seeing only mountain ranges.
Surround me as walks,
Seem intending to devide external world apart.
Protect me while pacing alone.
Under the moonlight shining peacefully and quietly.
Enlightened mind becomes oneness.

Kalamasutta for ten uncertainties

1. One should doubt in knowledge existed in the ancients.
2. One should doubt in knowledge getting from others.
3. One should doubt in knowledge getting from traditional
reports and hearsay.
4. One should doubt in news even getting from persons
who have been respected.
5. One should doubt in knowledge getting from one own
teachers.
6. One should doubt in knowledge from textbooks.
7. One should doubt in knowledge even of oneself getting
from estimation or expectation.
8. One should doubt in knowledge even of oneself getting
from assumption of facts.
9. One should doubt in knowledge even of oneself getting
from thinking and considering evidences.
10. One should doubt in knowledge even one is certain by
one ownself.

When you have practiced yourselves according to these

ways, you will find the Absolute Truth.

Motto for Administrators

1. A leader must be persistent for fighting against
falsehood in everyway. Don’t be tricked by anyone.
2.An administrator is like commander in chief in war, the
fight in the society is like making war in a battlefield,
the leader must present in the area all the time then
he will keep abreast with the real cause of situations.
3. If any thing happens, keep suspicious at first, don’t

hurry to come to the conclusion. Investigate it to really

know, consider it then believe it. Then anything you do
won’t be easily mistaken.

 Every world human,
All are relatives of the same family,
Should keep love and unity.
Each life lasts not longer than a hundred years then
Death comes.
One can laugh together, talk together,
For what will they be enemies?
