The Department of Science and Technology Human Resource Development Program (DOST HRDP) is now accepting applicants from employees of DOST and its agencies for regular graduate scholarship for academic year 2014-2015.
OBJECTIVE
The DOST HRDP aims to address the requirements for the human resource capacity building of DOST and its agencies.

Schools/Universities accredited by FAAP Universities recognized by CHED as Centers of Excellence and Development Universities recognized by CHED with Autonomous or Deregulated Status
DOCUMENTARY REQUIREMENTS

Updated Personnel Data Sheet CSC Form 212 Certified Service Record updated Performance Rating in the last two rating periods Recommendation of immediate supervisor/agency head allowing an applicant to study whether full time or part time Medical Certificate from any government physicians as to health status Certification of no pending administrative/criminal case Certified true copy of Transcript of Record and Diploma Certification of no pending nomination to other local and foreign scholarships or training Statement of duties and responsibilities Admission from the University (should be admitted as regular student) Program of study/Course time table approved by the graduate school Names of Beneficiaries for the group accident insurance One 2 x 2 ID Picture recent Re-entry plan after graduation, approved by the agency

Additional Requirements for Applicants who have already started on their graduate studies
One roundtrip fare per school year for scholars studying outside of their office base using the most economical fare 100,000 Premium Coverage Actual
Certified true copies of all grades on subjects already taken Photocopy of registration forms on semester finished
