Cyber bullying is a form of oral, written, substantial or gesture electronic assault that involves threatening, ridiculing and mocking of persons through e-mails, websites, instant messages, chat rooms, video chats or text messages. They are all illegal attacks that are related to criminal actions and behaviors. The act of bullying comes in when an individual or a group of people have persistently undergone any of the electronic harassments over some time. This leads to physical and mental anxiety, fear and torture among the victim/s. The same possibly leads to negative individual perspectives such as low self-esteem, depression and misery. Stringer (2012) Lifecycle of Cyber bullying/ Natural History Perspective The phase of cyber bullying originates from traditional bullying and has developed overtime to become sort of a frequent occurrence especially within school vicinities. It is related to psychological problems where young adolescents, especially those raised by single parents might have experienced frequent peer related mental and emotional disorders. This greatly contributed to their feeling of loneliness and negligence, especially by teachers and friends. Subsequently, they would then subject themselves to negative pro social acts and behaviours which includes cyber bullying. Functional perspective in relation to factors affecting the state of environment Cyber bullying is related to a series of behaviour and emotion-related reactions from the affected. It results to reactions based on humiliation, fury, panic, self-blame and anxiety. For example, a victim of cyber harassment in school is likely to under perform in their academic work because they feel that they are in an inferior position in relation to the provoker. This as a result causes lack of comfort ability thus negative behaviour of the affected within the school environment. Kellett (2011)

Cyber bullying Conflict Perspective

There are community members who have watched the increase of cyber bullying and are totally against it, thus reported some cases to the Internet Service providers (ISP). Since majority of cyber bullying victims are youngsters in schools and colleges, it is paramount that support is given in guiding the young people against such acts of torture. Laws that strictly respond to this are important in governing schools such that potential victims are protected. Stringer (2012) Interactionist Perspective The advancement of technology has made cyber bullying to become a dailybased issue where the youth especially find such acts as a normal encounter. However, according to Kellet (2011), despite the youngsters being majority of network interacts; they are at the same time the widely held of cyber bullying victims. Most of them, apart from internet enjoyment, are pleading with the governments to place strict measures on the Internet Companies for the purpose of their peace, safety and security. Stakeholders and how they are involved Bullying involves the entire community, and thus must be solved through societal engagement. This entails a combination of government legislations, school administrators and students, parents and the media at large. Besides, any member of the community is a stakeholder of cyber bullying since it is possible for any one of them to encounter such acts of violence that requires urgent consideration.
