In article titled Sudarshan Chakra Dasa A New Approach Part 1 Calculation & Applicability written by Sanjeev Ranjan Mishra and available in Saptharishis website, the author explained the principles of Sudarshana Chakra Dasa and how to use it to predict the events.
In this article, Using D1 chart for some natives, I will be identifying the possible timing for marriage event using Sudarshan Chakra Dasa .
Using Vimsottari Dasa and/or Planetary combinations, I will be emphasizing reasons for delay of the important event viz. Marriage.

Procedure to analyze marriage timing
In general, the third cycle of SCD begins between the age of 22 and 24 and lasts for 12 years. Hence for analyzing the possibility of marriage, Cycle # 3 is mostly considered. Under special cases, the 12th house Mahadasa in 2nd Cycle was also considered, even though it is a rare situation.
Steps followed for analysis: Once the SCD is calculated, the mahadasa and antardasa of SCD at the time of marriage was identified. The house lords are further identified. The lords influence on the houses pertaining to marriage viz. 2nd, 4th, 5th, 7th & 12th are identified. The Vimsottari Dasa at the time of marriage was considered here.
Overall, SCD gives the all-possible timings for marriage event, which can be further confirmed using Vimsottari Dasa and the planets involved.

(Analyzing the Reason for delay in the Event)
Out of the 7 examples provided in the Saptharishis website, Case #3 and Case #8 was picked for detailed analysis in a different article. Hence, I will be using;
Case #2, because Saturn is the lord of 7 house (Chart 1). Case # 4, because Saturn was in 11 house, is lord of 2

Apart from the above two examples, 1. With the permission from the native, I am explaining the reasons for delay in her marriage (Chart 3), because Saturn was in 11th house, is lord of 7th house. 2. Keeping the female natives birth details confidential, I am explaining the reasons for delay in her marriage (Chart 4), because Saturn was in 11th house, is lord of 2nd house. 3. Analyzed Bollywood Superstar Salman Khans chart (obtained from http://www.astrosage.com/celebrity-horoscope/salman-khan-birth-chart.asp), I am explaining the reasons for delay in her marriage (Chart 5). I choose this because Saturn was in 11th house, is lord of 11th house.

Analysis of D1 chart: Saturn being lord of 7th and 8th houses, residing in 6th house owned by Jupiter. Saturns 7th aspect is on 12th house and 10th aspect is on 3rd house where Rahu is residing. Residing in 6th house, Saturn spoils or destroys the 7th (Kalatra-stanam) house, and creates ups & downs in 9th (Dharma-stanam) house. Thus Saturn is residing in house owned by Jupiter and is creating ups & downs in Jupiters other house. Jupiter is the Karaka for marriage for women. Thus, the Karakas own houses are spoiled.
Sun is lord of 2nd, Venus lord of 4th, Mars lord of 5th and Mercury lord of 12th houses. Mars residing in 11th house, with 2nd aspect is looking at 2nd house and with 8th aspect is looking at Saturn in 6th house.
From Moon, Mars is the lord of 7th house and is residing in 8th house, thus became a candidate for Manglik/Kuja dosha.

Sudharshana Chakra Dasa: Below is the natives complete SC Dasa period.
According to SCD, the House Mahadasa of 2nd, 4th, 5th, 7th and 12th and Antardasa of 2nd, 4th, 5th, 7th and 12th are considered for predicting the possibility of marriage timing event.
As explained above, with Saturns ownership of 7th house and Mars ownership of 7th house from Moon and Mangalik, the SCD period became helpless.

Conclusion: Even though there are different possibilities for the marriage timing event, since the Vimsottari mahadasa being Saturn who is the lord of 7 th house, the event did not happen.

Chart 2: (Female Case #4) Date of Birth: 16th June 1954
The Vimsottari Dasa when the Natives age was between 22 and 36 years old (June 1976 1990) is shown below. Venus/Mercury and Venus/Ketu Antardasas, Sun Mahadasa and Moons Half -Mahadasa are all the possible periods for the timing of marriage event.

Analysis of D1 chart:
Mars is the lord of 5th and 12th houses and is residing in 1st house from Moon, thus became a candidate for Manglik/Kuja dosha.
Saturn is the lord of 2nd and 3rd houses and residing in 11th house and is exalted and retrograde. Residing in 11th house, Saturn spoils/destroys the 12th house and creates ups & downs in 1st house. Further, Saturns 10th aspect is on 8th house owned by Moon and Venus is residing here.

Thus Mars, Moon(Matru-Karaka) got afflicted. Rahu is residing in 1st house and is aspecting Jupiter, Sun & Mercury in 7th house. Hence, the only HIGH POSSIBILITY for marriage is during Suns Mahadasa (Dec 1979-1985).
According to SCD, the House Mahadasa of 2nd, 4th, 5th, 7th and 12th and Antardasa of 2nd, 4th, 5th, 7th and 12th are considered for predicting the possibility of marriage timing event.

According to SCD, during the Vimsottari Dasa of Sun/Jupiter & Sun/Rahu the possibility for the native to get married was VERY HIGH.
***>> Since, I dont know if there was any marriage trails during this period, it is assumed that the opportunities provided by the planetary combinations was NOT being used by the native.>>>*****
Conclusion: Even though there are different possibilities for the marriage timing event, since both Moon & Mars are afflicted by Saturn and it is their Vimsottari mahadasa during this period, the possibility for marriage was very very minimal. The opportunities provided by Sun Mahadasa and Jupiter Antardasa MIGHT be missed.

Chart 3: (Female) Date of Birth: 09th Nov. 1974
The Vimsottari Dasa when the Natives age was between 22 and 36 years old is shown below (Between Nov 1996 2010), which consists of Moon & Mars Mahadasas.
Analysis of D1 chart: Natal Rahu is residing in the house owned by Mars (L9, L4), Saturn is residing in the house owned by Mercury L2, L11). Saturn being lord of 7th house is in 11th house and with its 3rd aspect is looking at 1st house where Moon (Matru-Karaka) is residing. Saturns 7th and 10th aspect is on houses owned by Jupiter and Jupiter is residing in house owned by Saturn.
Mars, lord of 4th house and is residing in 1st house from Venus, thus became a candidate for Manglik/Kuja dosha.

Based on D1/D9 chart analysis, there is a NO possibility for predicting the possibility of marriage timing event, until transit Saturn is in LIBRA (Nov2014) where it is touching Mars (L4) and Mercury (L2).
Hence according to SCD, the only possibility is between Dec 2014 and Jan 2015.

Conclusion: Even though there are different possibilities for the marriage timing event, since both Moon & Mars are afflicted by Saturn and it is their Vimsottari mahadasa during this period. The slight window of opportunity is very crucial for the native.

The present Vimsottari dasa is Jupiter Mahadasa. Since Jupiter is karaka for Marriage for women and Lord of 1st and 4th houses, this chart is considered for prediction.

Analysis of D1 chart: Natal Saturn lord of 2nd house is in 11th house and cojoined with Mars. Natal Saturn is exalted too. Natal Saturns 3rd aspect is on 1st house, where Jupiter (Karaka for Marriage) is residing. Jupiter is the lord of 1st house too. Natal Moon, Matru-Karaka and lord of 8th house is residing in house owned by Saturn. Since the native is Female, from Venus, Mars is residing in 4th house, thus became a candidate for Mangalik/Kuja Dosha.
Based on D1 chart analysis, there is a NO possibility for predicting the possibility of marriage timing event, until transit Saturn is in LIBRA (Nov- 2014) where it is touching Mars (L5 & L12) and Saturn (L2).

Hence according to SCD, the only possibility is between Nov/Dec 2013 and April/May 2014. Since the native is still unmarried as of March 2014, the next possibility is before May 2014.
The Vimsottari Dasa Jupiter/Rahu/Jupiter begins in 2014-01 and ends in 2014-05. Transit Jupiter will be touching 7th house, there by having a direct aspect on 1st house where Natal Jupiter is residing.

Jupiters Mahadasa began in Sep-1986 and ends in Sep-2002. Jupiter (Retro) being lord of 12th house and residing in 3rd house (Owned by Enemy Mercury) will be less helpful for the native to get married. To add further, Mars is lord of 1st house cojoined with Venus (natural Karaka for marriage and lord of 7 th house) and residing in house owned by Saturn.

According to Bhrigu Chakra Paddathi, the prime time for the marriage event was between Dec-1989 and Dec-2001 too, where Venus was the cycle ruler.

Let us get the detailed SCD for the above-predicted period. The whole SCD provided opportunities for the native to get married. Since Jupiter was NOT strong and Venus got afflicted and above all Saturn residing in 11th house, none of the provided opportunities are strong enough.

Based on the few examples, it is clear that using Sudharshana Chakra Dasa (SCD), the timing of marriage event can be initially identified.
Once the timings are identified, cross-checked with Vimsottari Dasa and/or Planetary combinations that made the native remain unmarried, emphasizing that Vimsottari Dasa and house lords did not support it.
