The Cyprus Investment Promotion Agency assesses, based on principles and criteria, each
investment proposal with the intent to expedite the licensing procedures of investments
meeting the criteria as described by the ministerial council and more specifically to create,
improve or modernize certain strategic areas. Any recommendation made by the Cyprus
Investment Promotion Agency to expedite the necessary procedures for licensing, in no way
implies a licensing commitment. Licenses are granted within the framework of existing
legislation. The applicant must be able to provide any further information as requested by
CIPA or Government Authorities during the evaluation process.

Key Investment Details: Detailed description, purpose and objectives of the investment, location,
planned period of implementation
Product information (if applicable): Description of products and services to be produced (state
whether products/services to be produced for export and/or domestic market)
Market Information and Competitive Analysis: Market/Industry/Competition Analysis, Research
and Development lifecycle for products/services, Sector Analysis
Administration: Organizational Structure (divisions of the company and a brief description),
Staffing plans (staff per category for a three year timeframe)
Economic analysis: Forecasts for the first three years (turnover, profit/loss, cash flows)
