It is to inform that CERC (Sharing of Inter State Transmission Charges and Losses); Regulation, 2010, CERC vide order no. L-1/44/2013-CERC dated 30 th Sept. 2013 had specified the slab rate for PoC Charges and Losses for October-December, 2013. Relevant orders in this regard are available on the website of CERC/NLDC/RLDC and can be accessed through the following link: http://cercind.gov.in/sharing_intra-state_10.html Slab rate for PoC losses would be based upon the average losses of each region computed from the SEM data of previous week. The slab rate for POC losses for each region for the period 0 2 . 12.2013 0 8 . 1 2 .2013 would be as follows: Region Northern Western Eastern North-Eastern Southern Tier-I (Low) 1.80% 1.90% 0.70% 1.05% 1.89% Tier-II (Normal) 2.10% 2.20% 1.00% 1.35% 2.19% Tier-III (High) 2.40% 2.50% 1.30% 1.65% 2.49%

The applicable PoC Loss Slab for October-December, 2013 for each demand and generation zone would be as per Annexure-I.
