access and interact with information, regardless of their location. SMART Bridgit is a
cost-effective software application that lets you schedule meetings and connect, share
and collaborate with local or remote participants using computers or SMART Board
interactive whiteboards.

SMART Bridgit software enables you to effortlessly share data, voice and video with
anyone who has an Internet connection – at any time and from any location. Whether
a meeting is planned or spontaneous, inviting colleagues is simple. SMART Bridgit can
automatically generate an e-mail invitation for you, and when participants accept, they
can join the meeting without installing any special software.
Inspire participation with interactivity
With SMART Bridgit, your teams can write and share digital notes, review and
edit documents, and interact directly with other meeting room participants using
connected laptops or SMART Board interactive whiteboards. Your colleagues can
see anything you are doing on your desktop, such as working with spreadsheets,
delivering presentations or viewing websites. Not only can you and other participants
share a desktop, but other participants can write over it. And more than one
participant can write at the same time, allowing your team to interact with digital
information easily.

SMART Bridgit integrates with Microsoft Office Outlook® and Exchange Server,
enabling you to schedule meetings that automatically start on a SMART Bridgit server.
You can also add interactive whiteboarding tools with SMART Meeting Pro Premium

interactive whiteboards or interactive displays.
