Health Perception He perceives his health not as a burden because he knows that his illness is not a hindrance to do his goals in life for he has his family to support and comfort him. Her mother also said that we should avoid vices for our health is important. 2. utritional Pattern He does have preferences when it comes to food. For his breakfast! he prefers to eat rice or bread! hotdog and ham. For his lunch! he usually eats chicken or pork with ice tea! chocolate! ice cream! ice candy. For his dinner! he is served with pork and rice. He has no food allergies! does not believe in any superstitions and he e"perience loss of appetite when he was in the hospital. His mother wishes that his eating pattern will go back to normal and he can eat whatever he wants.

#. $limination Pattern He usually urinates every time he drinks water or fluids. o particular number moves his bowel once or twice a day. %he usual color of his urine is whitish or yellow but during his hospitali&ation it is with blood on the first day. His stool is yellow in color.

'. (ctivity Pattern He goes out of the house most of the time to play basketball. He also plays computer. $very )aturday! he goes out with his friends to play and bond with them. He helps his mother do household chores. *ut due to his illness! he sometimes e"periences fatigue and flank pain and he cant accomplish his tasks. +hen he was already sick! he prefers to stay inside his room.

,. )leep-.est Pattern He sleeps 11 to 12 hours during the night. He sleeps at / pm and wakes at / to 0 am every )aturday to play basketball and computer. He does not take a nap during the afternoon! he has routines before sleeping! he usually watches television and drink his milk and he cant sleep in the hospital because there are many people. He does not practice enhancing activity and has no sleeping superstitions.

He is conscious! coherent! and cooperative. He converses spontaneously during the interview. He is a first year high school student. He claimed he had no e"perience of memory loss regarding past illnesses and e"periences. He had no trauma that affected his mental status.

3. )elf 4 Perception Pattern His life goal is to live a normally life. )ince he was # years old! he is forbid to eat the things a child would likely eat 5food 6ags7. (ccording to him! his life is a gift from God and he wants to live longer.

/. .ole .elationship Pattern He is the 2nd child of ' siblings. He has a good relationship with his parents and siblings. He feels satisfaction and fulfillment whenever his dreams will come true. He is a loving and thoughtful child according to her mother.

He easily copes with problems. He has his family to take care of him. He considers his illness as a gift and all he could do is pray for he knows God has good plans for him. He is supported by his parents and siblings. %hey have a close family ties.

He mother claimed that he has a strong faith in God that is why he perceived his illness as a gift from Him.
