Mission Statement 'he mission o* the Greensburg Community School Corporation is to pro)ide and promote li*elong learnin g through its commitment to +uality educational progr ams that prepare the students to be e**ecti)e success*ul and responsible citi, ens. 'his is to be accomplished in a *inancially prudent manner.

Greensburg Community Schools (Grades 10 11 12/Chemistry/!" Chemistr y/#0$0%1 and #0$0%2& Narrative Description !" Chemistry builds on the e- periences that students had in their pre)ious chemistry class. .t allows them to e-amine the structure o* matter and in)estigate the di**erent *orms o* energy through classroom study and laboratory e- periments. 'he course is similar in style and scope to what students would encounter i* they took a *reshman chemistry class at college. Students ha)e the opportunity to take an !" e-am at the conclusion o* the cou rse to see i* they can recei)e any college credit *or their work.
