Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Maintain the safekeeping of the official Village
records and the Village Seal. Serve as the Official
Clerk of the Council and attend all Council
meetings. Prepare the agenda packets and
administer the Oaths of Office when necessary.
Maintain the accounts payable process.
Perform any other duties including special
assignments and projects required by the
Manager and or Council. Perform daily tasks
such as answering phones, sorting and
distributing mail and assist the general public
with questions or concerns. Perform all other
daily functions as assigned.
General Information:
This position is set at 30 hours per week
Monday through Friday. Computer literacy,
knowledge of a retention record keeping, and
general clerical skills are required. Pay is hourly
at $18.00 with no benefits.
