Boarders are expected to observe cleanliness anywhere in the dormitory and to do the individual share in keeping the individual rooms and common facilities like bathrooms, corridors and lobby.
BEDROOM
o Postings and vandalizing the wall is strictly prohibited. o Installation of appliances and cable wires must be duly authorized by the management. o Dont leave electric appliances unattended. o Room inspection will be done once a month.
BATHROOM AND LAVATORY
Respect for others is the Basic instruction; hence,
o Personal things like soap, panties, slippers, face towels, etc. Must not be left in the bathrooms/lavatories. o Hair strands left in the bath room after bath must be picked up, and disposed of properly. o Sanitary Napkins must be properly disposed of. Wrap used sanitary napkins with paper before disposing them into receptacle. o Plastics, shampoos sachets, scratch papers, etc. Must be properly thrown in the receptacles. o Flush the toilet bowl properly every after use. NEVER throw sanitary napkins there. o Close all faucets and water outlets well when not in use o Only panties, brassieres, hankies, socks, and uniforms may be washed in the dormitory in order to conserve water.
Curfew Time: Daily Curfew time is 10:00 in the evening, unless for important reasons.
Logbook: A logbook is provided for boarders to fill up before going out and upon arrival.
Guests: Guests in the Dormitory shall present their ID in the information area. Guests must be within the receiving area only; unless the guests are the Parents of the tenants.
Monthly Payments: Notices will be given for the monthly rental dues and monthly electric billing.
