Dear Poojitha Koduru, We refer to your application for employment with us. We are pleased to invite you to participate in our online test on March 01, 2014. Further, please note the following: 1. Please bring with you sufficient proof of Identification. We accept any one of the following documents as proof of identification. Original photo-identity (no photocopies allowed) such as, Credit/Debit card with photograph, Electoral Card, Drivers License, PAN card with Photo, Passbook from a nationalized bank with photograph, or Passport. Without one of these, you will not be allowed to appear for the test. Documents such as season pass for bus/train, training institute ID cards, photocopies of documents are not considered as valid proof of identification. If the proof of identification produced by you is insufficient, as decided by the Infosys authority, we reserve the right to disallow you from participating in this event.
2. Please carry a back-to-back printout of an application form duly filled, along with this call letter to the venue. A soft copy of the application form will follow this mail. 3. Please carry with you 2 recent passport size color photographs of yourself in formal attire, to be affixed on your form in the presence of the invigilator 4. The Declaration section in the application form has to be filled on the day of the selection process in the presence of the invigilator. Hence, please refrain from filling the same. 5. The duration of the selection process will be approximately 3 hours, and will comprise (a) Learnability Test (Arithmetic, Quantitative Aptitude, Logical Reasoning etc) and (b) Test of Communicative English. The duration of the tests will be approx. 100 minutes. Use of calculators, mobile phones, digital diaries, palm tops or any other such devices is strictly prohibited. 6. Results of the test will be announced at the venue on the same day at a time, which will be intimated to you at the end of the test process. Interview schedules, viz date, time and venue will be published as part of the online test results. Interviews will be conducted the day after the test process. Shortlisted candidates are requested to carry an updated copy of their resume for the interview. 7. This call letter is valid only for attending the selection process on the date, time and location specified on this call letter. Requests for changes to the same will not be entertained. 8. As a policy, one has to maintain a gap of at least 9 months from the date of appearing for a selection process with Infosys, before participating again. You have been called for this test on the understanding that you have not undergone any Infosys selection process in the last 9 months.

Disclosure of any portion of the test materials to anyone is a violation of Infosys proprietary rights in the same and could have legal consequences. We have also not released any copies of our test papers to the general public. Please note that there are fake job offers being made in the name of Infosys. Candidates who have posted their resumes in certain job portals and websites have been offered employment with us on the condition that they make a payment to specified bank accounts. Infosys does not take payment from candidates for employment purposes nor do we authorize vendors to recruit freshers on its behalf. Infosys will not be liable for any kind of loss or damage incurred as a result of your dealing with such entities. By virtue of your application for employment with Infosys, you are certifying that all information that you have provided to Infosys as a part of your application for employment is indeed complete and accurate in all respects. There is a minimum academic eligibility criterion (in addition to other eligibility criteria of the Company) that you have to meet; please note that you have been called for this test on the basis of the academic scores and other information that you have mentioned during your online registration process.
