From 04.01.2014 to 22.01.2014 (Note: 20.01.2014 is the last date for payment of fee) for recruitment to the post of Panchayat Secretary (Grade - IV) in A.P. Panchayat Raj Subordinate Service.
Read the Detailed Notification and proceed for the application only if you found yourself eligible.
Click on the Get Challan to generate the Challan as a first step of the application
o Enter Name exactly as in your 10 th class certificate. Avoid dots or hyphen with your initials. Instead give space between initials (automatically system doesnt allow special characters like commas and dots) o Enter Fathers/ Husbands Name. Avoid dots or hyphen with your initials. Enter Pin code o Enter Mobile No.& e-Mail for future correspondence o Select Community from the given list (Drop Down)
o Applicants belonging to Backward Classes have to select Creamy Layer(YES/NO)Radio buttons Note: If He/She opted YES, He/She comes under OC Category and loose BC's Status. Therefore He/She may read clearly Recruitment Notification para-1 under important Legal Provision at Serial No13 and decide himself/herself comes under Creamy Layer or not and then only He/She may opt. Note: If He/She opted 'No', He/She Comes under Non Creamy Layer and is considered with BC Status In Recruitment Process and the Candidate shall have to produce Non-Creamy Layer Certificate at the appropriate time issued by the Competent Authority (Tahslidar) when ever asked by the Commission o Do you belong to Andhra Pradesh State can be clicked by selecting YES/NO box(Radio Buttons) and Nationality Indian or Other than Indian can be clicked by Note: If the Candidate not belongs to Andhra Pradesh State, the candidate is treated as 'OC' Category
o Click the box Yes if you belong to Ex-Service Man (Applicant who should have served in army/navy/air force) If Yes enter Length of Service in years Otherwise click the box No. o Click the box Yes if you worked as Instructor in NCC If Yes enter Length of Service in years Otherwise click the box No. o Click the relevant Employment Status box (AP State Govt. Employee or Other Employee or Un Employee) AP State Govt. Employees have to enter Length of Service to claim age relaxation o Click the box Yes if you are Retrenched temporary employee in State Census Department If Yes enter Length of Service in Months or else click the box No. o Click the box Yes if you are White Card holder or else click the box No. o Enter Identification Marks as per SSC certificate
o PH Candidates have to tick the relevant boxes of category and can select the Percentage of Disability.
o Type Of Study can be opted by selecting Regular or Private Buttons (Radio button) o Type of Study from 4th class to 10thclass can be selected by clicking Regular box. Regular candidates have to select the school studied District form the given list from 4th class to 10th class As per the selection of Districts the system will display the District you belong.
o Type of Study from 4th class to 10thclass can be selected by clicking Private box. Private candidates have to select the Resided District form the given list for the preceding 7 years in which he/she appeared for the SSC examination onwards. As per the selection of Districts the system will display the District you belong. o Other Candidates: Select OTHER THAN AP option form the given Districts list for 4 th Class to 10 th Class studied District
o Applicants have to select the Qualification from the given list o Select the University from the given list f the University does not exist in the select box, Select Other University in the list and enter the University in other University box. o Select the Date of Acquiring Qualification from calendar icon provided
Examination Centre: Candidate Examination centre is displayed with the reference to district you belong
If Candidate selects other examination centre other than district belongs then she/he is considered under non-local category for which she/he have opted district examination centre. The local candidates of Hyderabad District may apply and appear in other district of their choice under non-local quota, as there are no vacancies in Hyderabad district reported by the unit officer.
o Candidate has to click on the Yes option box if he/she are Eligible as per Notification o Applicants have to accept the Declaration 2 by clicking in the provided box shown below. o Applicants have to type the Security code (Verification Code) in the given box as displayed in the image as shown below before previewing the entered data in the application. o Click on the [Preview] button to get the next Screen.

Click on the Download challan to get the challan and make a note of system generated Reference ID/Challan Number for further reference
Challan has to be produced to any SBI bank or Ap-online centre and pay the amount on the challan for obtaining the Journal Number (9 digits) If you are unable to view pdf document download the Adobe Reader and facility is provided to download the Challan directly from website home page by providing Reference ID and Date of Birth
If Challan has not downloaded after completing get challan process then Click on Click here to Download Generated Challan (only after first process of Get Challan is completed)
o Select the Notification provide the Reference ID/Challan Number select the Date of Birth click on [Go] o If Reference ID/Challan Number is not available. Click on the Forgot the Challan no and provide Name and Date of Birth to the Challan.
If Applicant has done some mistakes at the time of first process i:e Get Challan Process before Second process i:e Submission of application can Generate fresh challan Click on Request For Cancellation Of Challan [Direct Recruitment]
o Select the Notification provide the Reference ID/Challan Number select the Date of Birth and enter details reason for cancellation and click on [SUBMIT]
After payment of fee at SBI/APOnline Centres, applicants have to visit this website (www.apspsc.gov.in) on Next working day (After 2.00 P.M) to continue the second process. Click on the Submit Application to continue the process.
Accept Declaration, Enter Reference ID/Challan No., Journal No., and Select Date of Birth Date of Payment.
Upload the photograph with Signature by clicking on the [Browser] button and follow the
Instruction before uploading the photograph with signature:
A photo height and width must be 4.5 cm and 3.5 cm Signature Space height and width must be 3.5 cm and 1.5 cm. A photo to be scanned in *.jpg format that size of scanned image is not more than 50kb. If the size of the file is more than 50kb, then adjust the setting of the scanner such as the dpi resolution, no. of colures etc.., during the process of scanning.
