Mini Bio of Forrest Evans from High School

Forrests largest passion in life is music. However, he also strives towards academic excellent and
athletic achievements. Hes been a member of various honor societies and lettered in tennis four years
in a row during high school.
Forrest started in Kindermusik as a young child. He started guitar lessons at 7 and upright bass at 9. He
did not receive private bass lessons until 16. However, his knowledge of music and music theory he
learned while studying guitar allowed him to also excel on the bass. He has played guitar, upright and
electric bass, keyboards, ukulele, mandolin, sousaphone, vocals, and even performed in a bell choir in
front of live audiences. His first CD as a member of The Orphans of Smooth Jazz is Fusionology.
