This lesson uses Strategy 22 in the Integrating Language Arts and Sciences book on pg. 157 and the Houghton Mifflin Social Studies book Neighborhoods pg. 180-183.

The social studies lesson is designed for a 2 nd grade class learning about businesses in their community, specifically a bank. Students will take a field trip to Wells Fargo and tour the facility. This lesson is using Strategy 8 Connection with Cultural Institutions in the book Integrating Language Arts and Social Studies.
