Narrative The above listed suspect was issued appearance tickets for dog at large and
dangerous dog. The arrest stems from a complaint that originated on 05/01/14
on Walnut Street when a subject reported that two dogs ran towards him in an
aggressive manner. Patrol responded and the dogs charged at the officer in the
same manner, causing patrol to pepper spray the dogs. The dogs then retreated
to their home where they fully recovered.
