The first la!er is a fusion;%onded epoC! powder )"40 micron#0."40mm thic&- %!
electrostatic spra!ing guns on heated surface to a minimum of "A0 degrees centigrade
or as recommended %! the powder manufacturer.
The second la!er is adhesi5e )200 micron#0.20mm- which is applied %! lateral
eCtrusion o5er the epoC! la!er when the epoC! powder is still in the pol!meri.ation
phase at a temperature of 2"0;2'0 degrees centigrade.
The third la!er of pol!eth!lene )2200 micron#2.2mm- is applied %! lateral eCtrusion
on the adhesi5e la!er at a temperature of 2'0;2(0 degrees centigrade and is ad6usted
according to the requirement. The pressure roller is used to pre5ent air entrapment in
the 9E la!er.
