Then it was extempore time. The panelists gave me two topics.
1. Unemployment in India
2. Globalization
I went with Globalization, pitched in with couple of good points although i stam
mered a second, ended it up with a good statement. It was really a good experien
ce as it was my first ever extempore.
After the extempore, they started scrutinizing my achievements and i was able to
provide each and every minute detail of the award and it's significance.
10. The female panelist asked me what books do i read, to which i politely say i
don't read any particular books as such. She insisted me to say a name and i sa
id i was pretty much impressed with Mein Kampf. Told here that during my trainin
g days i used to go through certain chapters and found them a bit helpful. She a
sked me whether it was whether i supported Hitler and i replied that i was again
st anti-social elements and i was particularly attracted towards his struggles i
n childhood when his father left his family and he used to do odd jobs in Vienna
to complete his formal education. Then she asked if the Nazism was an original

ve a fascination towards numbers and i have said that having good communication
skills and a good understanding of a situation, i can prevail in the marketing s
ector)
At the end of the interview, the panel asked they are open to questions. I respo
nded saying that do they encourage any huddle type of meetings with the professo
rs and students where in informal education can be passed? They replied saying t
hat they conduct once in 15 days but it would be more like a formal 1-1 interact
ion. I just suggested that if it can be once a week and informal, it would be be
neficial and can provide a great learning scope. The lady panelist even mentione
d that they do have mentorship programme where certain hand picked seniors would
be able to guide the juniors.
The panelists were amazing. They were cool and always had a smile on their face.
