Seeking your co-operation for the progress of Nash Homeoplex.

1. Every staff should be on time as per their schedule and in case they
are coming late they should inform the Branch manager & sir.
2. No personal calls are allowed except during lunch time but
emergency calls are allowed from the reception with the permission
of the Branch manager.
3. Relatives are allowed to call on reception. Every ones phone must
be switched off or on silent mode.
4. Each and every staff should be in Apron, Caps & ID cards during
the duty hours .Pharmacy should compulsory use both the hand
glows while preparing medicines.
5. Staffs are not allowed to sleep during their duty hours.
6. In presence of patients T.V. should be On and staff will not sit
outside.
7. Incase of leave they will inform Management in advance and give
application without notice leave/extended leave from the date given
would be considered as indiscipline .
8. Staff can meet their relatives in the waiting area.
9. Staff should take their apron with them for wash on their weekly
offs.
10. Discipline should be maintained during duty hours.
11. Any kinds of personal work are not allowed in office
premises.
12. No staff must be in touch with X staff after they leave the
company.
13. Semi-causal & Causal are not allowed for doctors and they
should tie up their hair nicely and should present good in front of
the patient during the duty hours.
14. Doctors are advised to use explanation board for the new
patients. They should take B>M>R> report for the same.
15. Medicines can be dispatched only from within the pharmacy
any outside prescription are not suppose to be given .Medicines
should be dispatched only after updation by the doctor & that to
after having a word with the patient. Courier to be given in
emergency cases only.
16. Incase any patient found not happy with the behaviour or
treatment given & asking for refund due to mishandling by a
specific staff ,than that staff will have to bare the charges.
17. 6months is the provisional period in which company can
terminate without prior notice if work not found
satisfactory(specially in 1week training period if performance is
not satisfactory the staff will be terminated without clearing the
dues ).
18. In case of resigning the resignation period would be atleast of
a month for rest staff /managers 2 months. Incase resigning at
short notice /without notice the dues will not be cleared .
19. Any staff/doctor/manager not found satisfactory his/her
performance is going below the expectation for more than 2months
he/she will go to training the training month salary .
20. Appearance of all staff should be neat, clean & well
presentable, proper hair tied, Eye makeup should be applied
during the duty ours.
21. Any staff taking leave between 1-10days of the month the
salary of the coming month would be delayed by 15days as per the
company norms.
22. Doctors are suppose to maintain their own patients list their
lapse ,results & outstanding.
23. During the duty hours if any staff is having any emergency
(e.g. going out of premises), they should take permission from
C.M.D. (sir)
24. Official lunch time is between 1.00pm-1.30pm.
25. Doctors are advised to give only Nash prescriptions.
26. Breach of terms will be charged according to the salary,
Reception 1000 & Pharmacy 500 & doctors as per their agreement
each time.
27. For any indiscipline Branch Manager will be Responsible.
28. Save electricity when not required.
29. If you take leave on Saturday / Sunday it would be double
deduction.
30. 3 late marks are allowed if it is within 1 hrs of your duty
timing if more then 1hr than your half days salary will be
deducted. And incase late do inform the manager.
31. From your 4
th
late marks on your each late mark half day will
be deducted.
32. Any kind of mistakes while typing on medicine Envelope Or
On Stickers will be consider as indiscipline and would be fined.
33. If any Pharmacist is giving medicine with out doctors
updation than that will also be consider as indiscipline & fined.
34. The incentive of the Doctors will be 5000 each but if the Ratio
of Business is not more then 60:40 or the else it would be given as
per the percentage of business done.
35. If you are coming late or not coming without prior
permission than it would be indiscipline and fined.
36. Pharmacist is supposed to wear formals only.
37. Pharmacist are suppose to give only 1 pill in the dose at a
time, only specific medicine should be given 2-2 pills at a time
38. Pharmacist should not prepare medicate the pills in front of
the patients.
39. Staff/doctors shift may change as per the requirement &
patients schedule.
40. Cleanliness to be maintain in your own area specially in
absence of housekeeping.
41. Doctors are suppose to use all the equipments advised &
examine the patients in all the cases accept few exceptional.
