Localization of 1.5 TDI engines at VW Pune:

1. This includes technical analysis for the feasibility of the project. Looking up components that can be localized along with R&D team.
2. Helping in Readiness of the engine assembly line
3. Planning the number of engines to be made during a week along with their Hot and Cold Test.
4. Taking care of critical issues regarding the fitment of the engine parts.

To Study and analyze A00 segment of cars for the approval of sub 4m notch-back project for Skoda India.

1. To understand the A00 segment of cars in Indian Market.
2. To make basic project premises and to analyze the changes to be made in existing platform of the car.
3. To understand the financials involved in the project and to work on the volume, pricing etc.

Commissioning of 21LTPA Zinc Smelter.
Static and rotary equipment package as well as piping for 188 TPD Oxygen Plant for 1 LTPA Lead Smelter at Dariba Smelter Complex
in Rajasthan.

Project Execution Department :
1. Fabrication and Erection of pipes for 188 TPD Oxygen Plant.
2. Erection and Checking parameters like alignment, leveling and eccentricity of pumps, agitators, Compressors, Gear Boxes etc.
3. Inspection on Fabrication, and erection stages of Structure, Tanks, hoppers, vessel, Pipes and ducts as per standard drawings.

QA/QC Department :
1. Conducting Various NDTs viz RT, DPT, UT etc. and to interpret the results.
2. Conducting Welder Qualification Tests according to guidelines of ASME.
3. Creating Safe work method (SWM) and Work instructions for erection and commissioning.

Planning and Coordination Department :
1. Release of drawings for execution of the project.
2. Handling of Client billing as well as Sub contractor Billing.
3. Planning and follow up of the activities like tonnage of erection, ID and IM of piping etc.
4. Coordinate with departments of EDRC and Regional office for revisions of Drawings, changes in BOM etc.




Commissioning :
1. Coordinating with vendors and suppliers as well as other departments.
2. Providing Mechanical Clearance for Hydro/Pneumatic Testing.
3. Preparing Loop Lines for Hydro and Pneumatic Testing using P&ID's.
4. Preparing Equipment handing over protocols.
5. Conducting No Load as well as Load trials.
