1. What is the dominant language spoken?
Hindi is the dominant language.
2. What is the Old Delhi and what is the New
Delhi?
The Old Delhi area where the ancient city
exists, and New Delhi is the area built by the
English in he early twentieth century.

i. Select Rajasthan
1. Where is Rajasthan found in India?
Rajasthan is found in the north-western region
of India.
2. What goods come from Rajasthan that is
famous all over the world?
Jowar, Bajra, corn, wheat, oil-seed, cotton,
sugar cane, tobacco, textiles, wool, cement,
glass, pesticides, dyes, calcium carbide, Nylon
Cord, and copper are all crops, industries, and
other enterprises that come from the Rajasthan
province of India.

1. What does the “one child” policy mean?
The One- Child Policy means that Chinese
Citizens can have only one child, however
further out into the countryside childbirth goes
mostly unrestricted.
2. Are Christians accepted within The People’s
Republic of China (PRC)? Why?

Christians are somewhat accepted, however
churches must be registered to be a Church
and “underground” or unregistered church’s
pastors may face prosecution, torture, or even
death. Christianity is highly restricted due to
The Government of the People’s Republic of
China tightening control.

1. Where is Nepal located?
Nepal is located north of India and south of the
P.R.C., it is landlocked meaning it has no
oceans.
2. What is the second largest industry in Nepal?
Tourism is the second largest industry in Nepal.

1. When did Thailand become an independent
nation?
In 1238 Thailand became an independent
nation.
2. Culturally, what do Thai people enjoy?
The Thai people enjoy traditional dancing,
traditional music, Thai boxing is also a major
sport in the country, and then the Thai people
enjoy Takraw, a game similar to volleyball.

Hinduism and are considered sub- human by
the other castes, they are treated with no
respect and considered no better than slaves,
they are raped, assaulted, and murdered.

to these people?
They are showing them about how Jesus really
loves them.

Maharashtra to spread the Gospel.

Only the Children accepted God at first.

I learned about how poor the Asian continent is and how
bad they need Jesus in their lives.

o How are the countries of Asia similar to those studied in


Africa?
Asia is similar to Africa in that Christianity is accepted in
some areas but completely shuned in others, Africa and
Asia are also filled with disease and have little or no
medical care or good living conditions.
