Narrative The above listed subject was issued Appearance Tickets for the above listed
charges after patrols were dispatched to the report of a one vehicle rollover
on Outer Main Street. Further investigation revealed Hanouf to be
intoxicated. Hanouf was transported to PPD where he submitted to a breath
test which revealed he had a BAC of .14%.


1008 Traffic stop completed on Sisson Street. A verbal warning was issued.
1026 Martins Service Station reports towing a vehicle from in front of the No
Parking sign at Ernies car wash on Maple Street.
1049 Patrol dispatched to a property damage accident on Willow Street.
1146 A handicapped parking permit was issued to a Village resident
1157 Patrol obtained a deposition for another Law Enforcement Agency out of
the area.
1523 Parking complaint Snell medical campus Lawrence Avenue. Vehicle has
been there for a couple weeks. Attempting to locate the owner.
1610 Record check completed for another Law Enforcement Agency.
1615 Vehicle and Traffic complaint received. Investigation continues
1636 Vehicle and Traffic complaint received. No plate provided. Patrol was
unable to locate a vehicle matching the description.
1656 Fraud complaint received; investigation continues.
1822 Potsdam Rescue and Patrol were dispatched to a Market Street location
for report of a male experiencing chest pain.
2253 Patrol completed a traffic stop on Maple Street. Xiangju Fu (24) of
Potsdam, NY was issued a Uniform Traffic Ticket for Speed in Zone after
patrol observed the vehicle he was operating traveling at a high rate of
speed. Radar confirmed the speed to be 54 mph in a posted 30 mph zone.
The ticket is returnable to Potsdam Village Court on May 30

2311 Patrol completed a traffic stop on Maple Street. Tevin A. Campbell (20) of
Potsdam, NY was issued a Uniform Traffic Ticket for Speed in Zone after
patrol observed the vehicle he was operating traveling at a high rate of
