Disclaimer of Warranty
This a legal document which is an agreement between you, the Licensee, and SoftInterface, Inc.. By opening/installing the software,
Licensee agrees to become bound by the terms of this agreement, which include the Software License and Software Disclaimer of
Warranty.
License
This software, herein after !Software"# is owned by SoftInterface, Inc. $Licensor$#, which reser%es all rights not granted to you by this &greement.
This Software is copyrighted and protected by both the 'nited States copyright laws and international treaty pro%isions. &s the purchaser of this
Software, you recei%e only ownership of the copyrighted written material and program dis(s in the pac(age and a non)e*clusi%e license to use the
Software recorded on the program dis(s, on the following terms and conditions.
You May:
+. 'se the Software on only one computer by one user at a time, e%en if the Software is distributed in more than one dis( si,e or format. If you desire
additional users of the Software, such as on a networ( or multi)user computer, you must purchase an additional copy of the Software for each
simultaneous user. The Software is in $use$ on a computer when it is loaded into temporary memory i.e. -&.# or installed into permanent
memory e.g. hard dis(, or other storage de%ice# of that computer.
/. .a(e one bac(up copy of the software. The Software is owned by SoftInterface, Inc. or its suppliers and is protected by 'nited States copyright
laws and international treaty pro%isions. Therefore, you must treat the Software li(e any other copyrighted material e.g. a boo( or a musical
recording# e*cept that you may either a# ma(e one copy of the Software solely for bac(up or archi%al purposes, or b# transfer the Software to a
single hard dis( pro%ided you (eep the original solely for bac(up or archi%al purposes. 0ou may not ma(e multiple copies of Software nor the
written materials accompanying the Software.
1. Transfer the Software and accompanying written materials on a permanent basis pro%ided you retain no copies and the recipient agrees to the terms
of this &greement.
2. 3opy, alter and modify all e*ample source code included in the Software with the e*ception than any SoftInterface, Inc.4s copyright notices may
not be remo%ed or altered.
5. -egister the product on up to two 637s per year per user license %ia the on)line registration. This allows for the rare case in which a user must
mo%e from one computer to another. If you re8uire more than this, a new user license must be purchased.
Restrictions
You May Not:
+. 'se a thin client such as Terminal Ser%ices, -emote Des(top 3onnection -D3#, 3itri* etc. to access the Software remotely o%er the networ(
unless a Ser%er license has been purchased.
/. 'se the software at more than one postal location. If you ha%e purchased a Ser%er license, and you are using a thin client to access the Software, it
may only be done so at one physical location one postal address#. 3ontact us for an 9nterprise Wide license if you need to do this.
1. Wrap this software into another software or component based software.
2. 'se or permit this Software to be used e*cept as permitted by this &greement.
5. Loan, rent, copy or sub)license this Software e*cept as permitted abo%e.
:. &lter, modify, re%erse engineer, decompose or disassemble compiled, binary format files included in the Software.
;. -egister this software on a Ser%er e.g. Windows /<<< Ser%er, Windows =6 Ser%er# without ha%ing purchased a Ser%er License.
>. 9*port this product in %iolation of the 9*port &dministration &ct and the regulations thereunder.
?. 'se our software with @.Ware or any other similar %irtuali,ation software
+<. Duplicate the written documentation accompanying the Software.
Term
This License is effecti%e until terminated. This License will terminate automatically without notice from SoftInterface, Inc. if Licensee fails to comply
with any term or condition of this License. The Licensee agrees upon such termination to return or destroy the written materials and all copies of the
software. The Licensee may terminate the agreement by returning or destroying the program and documentation and all copies thereof.

Limited Warranty
SoftInterface, Inc. warrants that the Software will perform substantially in accordance with the written materials and the program dis(,
instructional manuals and reference materials are free from defects in materials and wor(manship under normal use for 1< days from
the date of receipt. &ll e*press or implied warranties of the software and related materials are limited to 1< days.
9*cept as specifically set forth herein, the Software and accompanying written materials including instructions for use# are pro%ided
!as is" without warranty of any (ind. Aurther, SoftInterface, Inc. does not warrant, guarantee, or ma(e any representations regarding
the use, or the results of the use, of the software or written materials in terms of correctness, accuracy, reliability, currentness, or
otherwise. The entire ris( as to the results and performance of the software is assumed by Licensee and not by SoftInterface, Inc. or
its distributors, agents or employees.

Remedy:
SoftInterface, Inc.4s entire liability and the Licensee4s e*clusi%e remedy shall be, at SoftInterface, Inc.4s option, either a# return of
half the price paid or b# repair or replacement of the software or accompanying materials. In the e%ent of a defect in material or
wor(manship, the item may be returned within the warranty period to SoftInterface, Inc. for a replacement without charge, pro%ided
the license pre%iously sent to the limited warranty registration card to SoftInterface, Inc., or can furnish proof of the purchase of the
program. This remedy is %oid if failure has resulted from accident, abuse, or misapplication. &ny replacement will be warranted for
the remainder of the original warranty period.

U.S. Government Rights
This Software was de%eloped entirely with pri%ate funds, and not as part of the performance of a contract with the '.S. Eo%ernment.
The '.S. Eo%ernment has no special rights with respect to use, duplication or disclosure, other than as pro%ided for in the &greement.
General
Should any pro%ision of this &greement be %oid or not enforceable, the remainder of this &greement shall continue in full force and
effect.
This agreement is go%erned by the laws of the state of 3alifornia.
