Morning: First sunny weekend in a few weeks. Its about 48 degrees without a cloud in the
sky. A warm front moved through about 2 days ago. Before that it was raining nonstop.
Because of this, the creek is very high and turbid.

Evening: Creek is still high. Warmed up to about 66 degrees.

Extra Notes: Absolutely no action, which is relatively rare for me as a fisherman. Im
blaming the new front.

Morning: A little warmer than yesterday, 52 degrees. Water is not any lower or clearer.

Evening: 68 degrees and beautiful outside. Water, as expected, is still the same.

Extra Notes: For whatever reason, the fish changed their mind overnight. Not super active
either time but I got something to work with. All the fish were small and none of them
jumped. Its probably too early in the season for them to be looking at top-water.

Morning: Sort of overcast early on but it got sunny as the day got started. Temperature is
about 58 degrees. Water is lower than it was the first two days but it has rained almost
every night this week.

Evening: It felt great outside. Warm enough to kind of regret wearing waders. Temp. is
about 77 degrees. Water is still fast, high, and murky.

Extra Notes: They were on today for sure. Not sure if it was the overall warmer
temperature or the fact that weather has been consistent for the past week or so. All the fish
are still pretty small, especially the ones that wont take the hook.

April 25, 2014

Morning: Great weather. It was a solid 68 degrees midway through the session. Water is
finally getting down to normal levels, but still much higher than one would expect during
the summer.

Evening: A staggering 76 degrees. Summer is definitely on the way. Interesting to note that
many more insects are seen on and above the water.

Extra Notes: The fish are very active and are hitting higher up in the water. This is because
it is about time for the insect hatches. Its interesting to note that this is the only day that
there were more fish caught in the morning than the evening.
