ALLEY SUPPORT FOR CAMPERS - The Alley is once again offering

financial support to children from the church who are attending church
camp. If you have a need for financial assistance please complete the
form and submit it to the office no later than June 2, 2014. Forms are
available in the office or in the May-June newsletter.

Managers meeting it was decided that we should begin to
plan some fund raising pro"ects. #e are loo$ing for people
who have ideas for pro"ects to come together to brain storm
and loo$ at what is possible for us to underta$e.

Bweather permittingE. #e meet at the church at (' AM. Then%
we will travel to #ildwood where we will be met by our
fantastic guides I hosts I youth leaders% /hannon and #endell Archer.
Hur geocaching will be an ama8ing race as we see$ out clues and
search for a treasure. Cealthy snac$s will be provided. *lease bring
water bottles and wear clothing suitable for hi$ing. +arly in the
afternoon% we will finish with a barbecue hosted by the Archers.

restrictions for the barbecue. There will be a permission form to be
signed by parents for this event.
BULLETIN REPORT FROM SESSION - /ession met May (2. +lders
were reminded that *resbytery meets at 6no, May 2. &evotions led
by )ev. 0edc$e begin at =p.m. followed by the business meeting.
6no, members are welcome to attend. Another meeting of interest to
members will be the visitation also by a *resbytery team on June
<.They will be tal$ing with members of /ession% !oard of Managers
and the congregation regarding the past two years. Gou are
encouraged to attend and a timetable for the different interview times
will be announced closer to the date. Treasurer /hannon Archer
attended and gave a review of financial date for the first four months
of 2'(3. It was suggested that each family prayerfully consider their
gifts to 6no,. #e are all aware of increases to our personal monthly
costs and our -hurch faces the same concerns. It was announced that
the recent !oo$ and !a$e sale raised nearly J<''. Than$ you to those
who donated such a wonderful selection of ba$ing and to those
members who attended and made purchases. After many years of fine
service we will no longer be participating in the roadside clean up.
