CLASS OF 2014
The Class of 2014 is about to fnish four years by
the Severn and head to the Fleet. Its an exciting
time around the Yard as parents start to flter in for
Commissioning Week.
A schedule of events for the entire week is available
online. Here, you will fnd everything to you need
to know about awards ceremonies, musical
performances, receptions, displays, the Blue Angels
practice and peformance and, of course, the big day,
Friday May 23.
Congratulations to the more than 1,000 midshipmen
who have excelled mentally, morally and physically
here in Annapolis for the last four years and are about
to enter the U.S. Navy and Marine Corps for their next
adventures.
The academys annual Color Parade, honoring this
years color companies will be held on Worden Field
May 23 at 11 a.m.
SECDEF HAGEL TO SPEAK
AT GRADUATI ON
The Blue Angels will return to Annapolis next week.
Parking is available at the Navy-Marine Corps
Stadium, with shuttle buses transporting visitors to and
from the academy.
For the convenience of family, friends and visitors
during Commissioning Week, the Naval Academy will
provide daily shuttle buses, weather-related updates,
and more information.
