The project now includes analysis of language
identification algorithms, which is a sufficient
mathematical component.

- Correct use of spelling and grammar.

- Figures and tables are used appropriately.
- References are in accordance with APA style.

It is a very readable and elaborate proposal. The
structure is a bit unusual: most of the problem
description is in the theoretical background. For the
references the original journal/conference
publications should be used instead of the URLs.
