Professional Summary
I have been baking for most of my adolescent life since I had been able to read recipes. When I
was younger I had my own bake stand and sold muffins and I have also had some success in my
at-home cookie business. Now that I am in highschool I am able to attend Thomas Edison High
School of Technology as a senior where I learn how to run and work in a restaurant kitchen in a
program called Restaurant Management. At this program I am able to work under time pressure
during the opening of the Snack Bar at Caf Edison; a restaurant in the school run by Restaurant
Management students along with Hospitality and Management. While coming to this school in
the morning and returning to my home school, Richard Montgomery High School, in the evening
I later attend work at Ben and Jerrys where I make a variety of desserts with ice-cream, make
waffle cones, also making and decorating cakes ordered by customers.
