Bowling Congress. This organiza-
tion was formed as a result of a
merger of the Staten Island
Women’s Bowling Association
(SIWBA), Staten Island Young
American Bowling Alliance
(SIYABA), and the Staten Island
members of the New York
Bowling Association (NYBA).
In the Inaugural Masters
