NetSuite Configuration Implementation
Roles and Responsibilities
1. Software testing/ Deployment/ Implementation/ Business requirement gathering of NetSuite
application.
2. Requirement gathering and understanding.
3. Documentation of requirement, Process and User documentation Design business process and
application configuration for application based on industry best practices.
4. Software testing and Conduct testing of all kinds and prepare test cases of the modules
implemented and developed.
5. Follow up with Client and Support help desk for issue resolution.
6. Documenting the resolution of issues and sharing with the internal team on ongoing basis.
7. Interact with the key end users and business owners to map applications to standard business
processes and conduct gap analysis.
8. Architect the demand management solution and suggest process improvements based on the
application capability and industry best practices.
9. Support all formal documentation of implementation.
10. Lead/Support all solution activities including testing and verification.
11. Contribute to the training and development of key users.
12. Manage multiple projects concurrently. Works collaboratively with project stakeholders and
functional managers to develop project goals and objectives, set project timeline, manage change,
and control scope.
13. Effectively utilizes project management tools.
14. Leads project team in collaboration with Functional leadership to achieve project goals and
objectives on time and within budget.
Preferred Skills and Attributes
1. Knowledge & experience in Implementation Process or Software Testing.
2. Good understanding of business concepts and application trouble shooting.
3. Knowledge of Data Migration and Sound technical.
4. Client interaction.
5. Good command in English communication, reading, and writing.
6. Administrative knowledge in leading operating systems i.e. Windows, Linux, UNIX, MS Excel, MS
Doc.
7. Detailed functional knowledge and minimum 1 -2 full cycle implementations as a consultant using
one or more of the following applications:
Inventory Management
Sales and Payable Operations and Planning
CRM
8. Customer facing and presentation skills.
9. Good troubleshooting, diagnostic and analytical skills for problem solving.
10. Strong research and consultative skills.
Desired Profile
1. College/Bachelor Degree in computer-related field minimum 2 3years of experience in
Implementation/Software testing/ Worked on Application NetSuite(preferably), Oracle, SAP, JD or
any ERP application.
