Spinach and Feta stuffed in Chicken Fillets w/ mushroom sauce

Step Instruction
1 Chop baby spinach and place in a bowl)
2 Crumble feta into the same bowl as the spinach and mi* until all
combined)
3 Clean and season the chicken fillets with vinegar+ herbs+ salt and
pepper)
4 Smash and bang the chicken thin so that it can be rolled)
5 Spoon the spinach and feta mi*ture onto each of the flat chickens and
then roll the chicken and the filling inside and wrap prosciutto around
and secure with a skewer or food string)
6 ,lace chicken in an oven tray and bake in the oven for 5 min to -0 min
or until golden brown and cooked in the middle)

butter until they are cooked)

'y first e*periment didn4t go as well as 2 thought it would4ve gone) There were a
lot of limitations throughout my first attempt of cooking)
The very first limitation was time) Time is crucial when cooking and time certainly
wasn4t on my side when attempting to cook my spinach and feta stuffed in a
chicken breast fillet with a creamy mushroom sauce) &n this day my classes
were shortened and therefore my cooking class that took place had to be
shortened) 2 had a total of 45 min to cook or try and attempt my chicken dish+ so
to save time whoever was cooking on that day got let in "0 min early so that at
least we could get all of our ingredients and utensils set up) .fter that and when
classes had begun we were allowed to begin)
%hen 2 started to cook the first thing 2 did was start and prepare my chicken
because that had to get into the oven as fast as possible so 2 stuffed it and was
wrapping it) 2 raised my hand so that my teacher could help me switch the oven
on so the oven can be on and the chicken can go straight in the oven) So 2
continued my chicken then placed it in the oven) .t the time 2 was think 2 can4t
believe the time 2 have made it in) 2 was so happy)
2 had already prepped my mushrooms for the sauce to 2 began creating the
sauce for my dish) .round 5 min later 2 wanted to check if my chicken was
going ok) 2 opened the oven and 2 noticed that it wasn4t cooking) So 2 turned the
heat a little higher and waited "0 min) %hile 2 was waiting for my chicken to cook
2 was focusing on my mushroom sauce to finish) 2t had finished in those "0 min
so 2 plated it up ready to be served) "0 min later all the students needed to turn
there ovens and stoves off so 2 did 7ust that but when 2 opened the oven door my
chicken was still raw and not cooked) 2 certainly didn4t know what went wrong) 2
raised my hand and asked my teacher and it turns out that throughout the 45 min
of cooking my oven wasn4t switched on)
2 certainly know for ne*t time to make sure and to double check if my oven is
switched on)
