End User License Agreement

This agreement sets forth the license terms and conditions for using the enclosed

one co+" of the Software for $ac.u+ +ur+oses /ou must +lace the same co+"right
information on the $ac.u+ co+" /ou ma" not use# co+"# modif"# transfer# su$license#
rent# lease# con(e"# translate# con(ert to an" +rogramming language or format# decom+ile#
or disassem$le the software or an" co+"# modification or merged +ortion in whole or in
+art# e%ce+t as e%+ressl" +ro(ided for in this license The Software was designed and
licensed for use on a single user com+uter s"stem Rom$a% &ames Inc ma.es no
warranties with res+ect to the +erformance of the Software on networ.ed com+uters or in
multi+le'user or multi+le'C,U o+erating en(ironments NOTICE Rom$a% &ames Inc
reser(es the right to ma.e im+ro(ements in this +roduct descri$ed in this documentation
at an" time and without notice ,RO,RIETAR/ RI&0TS The Software and
documentation are co+"righted $" and +ro+rietar" to Rom$a% &ames Inc and1or our
su++liers Rom$a% &ames Inc and1or our su++liers retain title and ownershi+ of the
Software and documentation /ou ac.nowledge that the Software and documentation
contain (alua$le trade secrets and other +ro+rietar" information $elonging to Rom$a%
&ames Inc and1or our su++liers /ou agree to hold the Software in confidence and to ta.e
reasona$le ste+s to +re(ent disclosure to others NO OT0ER RI&0TS E%ce+t as stated
a$o(e# this agreement does not grant "ou an" rights to +atents# co+"rights# trade secrets#
trade names# trademar.s )whether registered or unregistered*# or an" rights# franchises or
license with res+ect to the Software and documentation Rom$a% &ames Inc reser(es all
rights not e%+licitl" granted in this license agreement TER2 The license granted under
this agreement is effecti(e until terminated /ou ma" terminate the license at an" time $"
destro"ing the Software and documentation in "our +ossession or su$3ect to "our control
together with co+ies or modifications in an" form Rom$a% &ames Inc ma" terminate
"our license immediatel" if "ou fail to com+l" with an" term or condition of this
agreement /ou agree that u+on an" such termination "ou will destro" the Software and
documentation in "our +ossession or su$3ect to "our control together with all co+ies or
modifications in an" form WARRANT/ 4ISCLAI2ER AN4 LI2ITATIONS OF

&ames Inc nor an"one else in(ol(ed in the creation# +roduction# deli(er"# or licensing of

relia$ilit"# title or +erformance# or it6s merchanta$ilit" or fitness for an" +articular

"ou# and not Rom$a% &ames Inc# assume the entire cost of all necessar" ser(ices or

in(ol(ed in the creation# +roduction# deli(er" or licensing of the Software or
documentation to $e lia$le to "ou for an" direct# indirect# s+ecial# incidental# or
conse7uential damages of an" .ind arising out of use of the Software or documentation#
e(en if the Software or documentation or an" defect in the Software or documentation#
e(en if Rom$a% &ames Inc or an"one else in(ol(ed in the creation# +roduction# deli(er"#
or licensing of the Software or documentation has $een ad(ised of the +ossi$ilit" of such
defects In +articular Rom$a% &ames Inc will ha(e no lia$ilit" for an" hardware#
software or data stored or used with the Software# including the costs of re+airing#
re+lacing or reco(ering such hardware# software# or data LI2ITE4 WARRANT/
Rom$a% &ames Inc warrants to the original +urchaser of the com+uter software +roduct#
for a +eriod of ninet" )9:* da"s from the date of original +urchase )the 8Warrant"
,eriod8*# that under normal use# the media and the user documentation are free from
defects in materials and wor.manshi+ WARRANT/ CLAI2S To ma.e a warrant" claim
under this limited warrant"# +lease return the +roduct to the +oint of +urchase#
accom+anied $" +roof of +urchase )ie# +urchase recei+t*# "our name# "our return
address# and a statement of the defect
