2 ENJOY THE JOURNEY WELL INTRODUCTION With the improvement of living standards, a large number of people are willing to spend more money on journey. Most of foreign tourists who visit New Zealand do not have basic knowledge about culture or do not speak english, as a result , tourists get lost even violate the local law. To ensure each visitor has a enjoyable time in New Zealand, it is very important to find a way to transfer travel information to them. Consequently, our product was design for providing those info to tourists and residents who want to travel from North Island to South Island. To address this issue, we created a new application software of phone to help our user easy to find what they want know.

That is why a lot of people are crazed to get into this space.(Stuart Dredge, 2012) Overall attractiveness of the industry: In terms of competitiveness, the industry does not provide any attraction due to its intense rivalry and low barriers of entry. Although the threat of new entrants is high but it could reduce if the inventor have starting funds to ask the app development company for help. If they get lost, our app can be used as a GPS with built-in navigation to find where they are. It al so has

4 significant usefulness for new international students and local resident who plan to domestic travel. . 3.4 The Product and Service The main purpose of our product is to help tourists to know and enjoy New Zealand. In the app, except support essentail navigation features,there are many useful functionalities, such as voice recongition, multi-language and evaluation system for hotels and restaurant. Moreover, user can download the extra content for some announces and customs. 3.5 Suppliers and Partners In the beginning, we need to find a good mobile app development company as partner to design and confirm whether idea is feasible. After that, our product could be exploit and added in Application store. The company will still be responsible for routine mainenance and upgrade version. Our sencondary partner would be advertising company, the vast majority of revenue come from them by putting ads in app. Supplier are Google maps who will provide the map information and navigation features, local restaurant , hotels. The another indispensable suppliers are guidebook company and Yellow Page, because they will offer reliable and authoritative information.
