Subject: Web Conferencing Programs
Recently I was assigned to research and review available web conferencing programs that will enable the company to hold
weekly status meetings. After careful review and comparison between the different web conferencing programs available, I
have determined Infinite Conferencing as the number one contender. I honestly and personally believe it is the best choice for
our company since it meets the companys ideals and needs. There were many competitive programs that have the potential to
implement what the company need, holding weekly status meetings but there were other factors that leads me choose this
program.
The determine factors will be summarize below:
1. Ease of use is a very important factor when it comes to programs. Infinite Conferencing is in fact 100% user friendly, which is
without a doubt very beneficial to the company. Employees should be able to use the programs without additional training.
2. Our company is growing in size and the number of participant allowed in a conference is also important. Instead of upgrading
to adapt to the growth in the near future, we can choose a program that will be ready for that future. Infinite Conferencing is
capable of holding 1000 web participants.
3. For all the great features that are implemented in the program, the price of $35 blows any contenders in the runner up.
