This deed of absolute sale is entered into and executed by :
Sps. Teodoro A. Dominguez , JR., & Salome P. Dominguez, both of legal age, Filipinos, and with residence
and postal address at 425 Sta. Maria, Bo. Capitolyo, Pasig, hereinafter referred to as the seller.

Sps. Ignacio Samuel N. Aover, & Ma. Ana Soledad W. Aover, both of legal age, Filipinos, and with
residence and postal address at , hereinafter referred to as the buyer.
