Scurt istoric al avionului:


Aeronava Bombardier Challenger 604 face parte din familia Bombardier
Challenger 600, o familie de avioane clas business proiectate de Bill Lear i fabricate de
Canadair, pentru prima dat, pn cnd compania a fost achiziionat de Bombardier
Aerospace n anul 1986.
Aeronava a fost un proiect individual al d-lui Bill Lear n anul 1976. Dei original
s-a ales denumirea de LearStar 600, compania Lear a vndut drepturile de producie i
dezvoltare companiei Canadair, care a rednumit ulterior aeronava CL-600 Challenger.
Dei avea similitudini cu proiectele anterioare ale companiei Lear, schimbri majore l
difereniaz de celelalte modele Learjet cum ar fi:
-folosirea unui fuselaj cu un diametru mrit ce permitea gzduirea unei cabine
spaioase
-folosirea unei aripi cu performane sporite din punct de vedere aerodinamic
-utilizarea unor motoare de nou generaie
Primul zbor a avut loc pe 8 noiembrie 1978, iar al doilea i al treilea prototip au
zburat n 1979. Pe 3 aprilie 1980 un zbor de ncercare din deertul Mojave s-a dovedit un
eec, avionul prbuindu-se din cauza unei vrii accentuate, unul din piloi decednd. n
ciuda acestui eveniment Ministerul Transporturilor Canadian i Autoritatea Aeronautica
Federal din America au certificat avionul n anul 1980 cu cteva restricii legate de masa
maxim la decolare. S-a implementat un program de reducere a greutii avionului pentru
mbuntairea performanelor acestuia. Avionul este uor de recunoscut datorit
carenajelor flapsului de tip Fowler vizibile la intradosul aripii.

Au fost construite diferite variante dintre care enumerm:

CL 600, prima variant construit propulsat de motoare


turbopropulsoare Avco Lycoming ALF 502L- 83 de buci
CL 601, o variant mai evoluat ce includea folosirea wingleturilor i a
unor motoare mai puternice de tip General Electric CF-34- 66 buci

CL 604, un upgrade major al variantei 601 constnd n motoare mai


puternice, rezervoare de combustibil mai mari, un tren de aterizare nou
pentru sarcini mai mari de decolare i aterizare, mbuntairi structurale
ale aripii i cozii i un sistem de avionic nou de tip Collins ProLine 4.

CL 605, introdus la nceputul anului 2006 cu o mbuntire a sistemului


de avionic i structural.

CL 610, o variant alungit ca putea gzdui 24 de pasageri


n anul 1981 Canadair a sistat dezvoltarea proiectului, dar pe baza
acestuia v-a dezvolta ulterior o nou generaie de aeronave.

Partea de aerodinamica:
Calculul coeficientilor aerodinamici:

Termeni aerodinamici n triedrul configuraie. Conform prevederilor standardului


[X1] vom considera un triedru aerodinamic drept, cu originea n vrful configuraiei, cu
axa Xa orientat spre partea posterioar a configuraie, cu axa Za orientat n sus.
Termenii coeficientului fortei axiale:

Termenii coeficientilor fortelor normale

n continuare vom prezenta trei termeni ai coeficienilor forelor normale


datorai bracajelor de comand.
- derivata coeficientului normal pe primul plan cu bracajul de profundor notat:

Termenii coeficientilor momentelor de tangaj si giratie

Un prim termen este coeficientul de tangaj la inciden nul notat:


-datorat n principal unghiurilor de calaj pentru arip i ampenaj i coeficientului
de portan la inciden nul n cazul unui profilul nesimetric al aripii sau ampenajului
orizontal:

n continuare se poate determina derivata coeficientului momentului de tangaj cu


incidena, notat

Analog se determin derivata coeficientului momentului de giraie cu unghiul de

n continuare vom prezenta trei termeni ai coeficienilor de moment datorai

Termenii coeficientului momentului de ruliu:

Un ultim grup de termeni sunt cei ai momentului de ruliu. Astfel, se poate


pune n eviden:

Modelul de aerodinamica:
Modulul de aerodinamica conine urmtoarele rutine: AER- programul
principal de calcul aerodinamic care asambleaz suprafeele aerodinamice cu fuzelajul
innd cont de interferenele suprafa fuzelaj i asigur ieirea prin fiierul
DCOEFA.REZ ce conine derivatele de translaie ale coeficienilor aerodinamici cu
mrimi de referin conform standardului [XI] ntru-un triedru cu originea n vrful
configuraiei, cu axa x orientat n spate.
In paralel este generat i fiierul DCOFAM.REZ ce conine derivatele de
translaie ale coeficienilor aerodinamici cu mrimi de referin conform standardului
[X2], ntr-un triedru cu originea n centrul de mas, cu axa x orientat n fa.
GEO.DAT furnizeaz sintetic principalele mrimi geometrice care vor fi
utilizate ulterior pentru simularea zborului i la analiza indicilor de calitate. Totodat
programul furnizeaz caracteristicile masice ale aparatului care sunt grupate n fiierul
MEC.DAT.
Datele de intrare, reprezentnd mrimile geometrice ale elementelor izolate i
ale ansamblului sunt coninute n fiierele cu extensia GEO, cum ar fi: ARIPA.GEO,
FUSELAJ.GEO, ANS.GEO, AMPENAJO.GEO, AMPENAJV.GEO.
Numerele Mach la care se efectueaz calculul sunt coninute n fiierul
MACH.INP.

Modelul de analiza:
Modulul este coninut n directorul ANA i conine pe lng programul principal
care asambleaz rutinele de calcul i asigur ieirea prin fiierul ANA.REZ, rutine de
calcul a derivatelor de stabilitate i a indicilor de calitate a zborului definii conform
prevederilor standardului [X4]. Fiierele de intrare utilizate sunt:
-DCOEFA.REZ - coninnd caracteristicile aerodinamice;
-MEC.DAT coninnd caracteristicile mecanice
-GEO.DAT coninnd principalele mrimi geometrice ale produsului,
-AER\PAR.DAT.
Modulul are trei variante de lucru:
Prima realizeaz un calcul de indici la toate numerele mach indicare n fiierul
AERYMACH.INP pentru avionul plin cu combustibil iar apoi pentru avionul gol. Ieirea
este prin fiierul ANA.REZ i Al.REZ, A2.REZ.
A doua variant, realizeaz de asemenea calculul indicilor de calitate pentru
diverse numere Mach, pentru valori masice medii. Ieirea este de asemenea prin fiierul
ANA.REZ i Al.REZ, A2.REZ...
Ultima variant se realizeaz la o singur vitez de calcul, pentru valori masice
medii, determinndu-se n acest caz i matricele de reglaj.

MODULUL DE PERFORMAN:
Modulul de determinarea a performanelor permite calculul principalelor
performane de zbor. Modulul se gsete n directorul PER i conine rutine similare celor
din grupul de analiz: PER -programul principal care asambleaz rutinele de calcul i
asigur dialogul i ieirile. Rutine utilizate sunt:
BAZAI - pentru zborul nclinat i limita din dreapta a anvelopei de zbor
orizontal,
BAZA2 - pentru limita din stnga a zborului orizontal.
ATM - calculul atmosferei standard,
CIT - pentru citirea datelor de intrare,
DER - care realizeaz calculul termenilor de dezvoltare a coeficienilor
aerodinamici prin interpolare liniar.
Intrrile n modul sunt cele de proiectare din fiierul DCOEFA.RRZ, mecanice din
fiierul MEC.DAT, PAR.DAT i specifice aplicaiei, grupate n fiierele PARI .DAT i
PAR2.DAT.
Fiierele de ieire sunt: PER1.REZ - anvelopa de zbor orizontal pentru nceputul
zborului;
(M,Zp), PER2.REZ - anvelopa de zbor orizontal pentru sfritul duratei
de zbor (M,Zp);
PER3.REZ - diagramele de zbor nclinat (M cos(gama),
Prin determinarea vitezelor minime respectiv maxime la diferite inaltimi, se poate
trasa anvelopa de zbor orizontal corespunzatoare starii initiale si finale de incarcare a
avionului.

Pentru definirea zborului ascendent sau descendent se impun conditiile:
In continuare se deschide un ciclu in carte se incrementeaza unghiul de inclinare a
traiectorie:
Pentru fiecare valoare a unghilui de inclinare a traiectorie se realizeaza un
procedeu iterativ in care se parcurg toate relatiile deoarece coeficientii aerodinamici sunt
dependenti de Mach

Pentru studiul zborului planat se traseaz diagrama de zbor nclinat la diferite
nlimi obinndu-se un fascicul de diagrame.
n baza valorilor care s-au utilizat pentru ntocmirea acestor diagrame se pot
determina:
- viteza de nfundare minim la diferite nlimi:( min w );
- panta minim la diferite nlimi ( min ),
n final, utiliznd panta minim, prin integrare numeric se poate determina
distana maxim de zbor planat:

Avionului i s-a impus conditie initiala un plafon de 13.000 metri inaltime , dar modelul de simulare matematica a respectat plafonul maxim
real al aeronavei de 12497 de metri inaltime lucru care confirma ca modelul matematic de simulare este viabil.

In simularea distantei maxime de zbor planat modelul de simulare are ca punct initial de plecare un plafon apropiat de plafonul
maxim theoretic, iar intre timpii de planare nu apar diferente considerabile ceea ce dovedeste ca aerodinamica modelului mathematic este
una buna.

Modelul de simulare neliniar:


Modulul de simulare a zborului permite determinarea parametrilor micrii autonome
a aparatului de zbor. Se analizeaza parametrii de zbor corespunzatori unuei evolutii.
Fiierele de intrare necesare sunt din modulul de proiectare:
GEO.DAT- pentru mrimi geometrice;
MEC.DAT - pentru mrimi mecanice;
DCOEFA.REZ - pentru caracteristicile aerodinamice;
PAR.DAT.

Durata de zbor este de 60 secunde. In continuare prezentam graficele ce reies in
functie de tipul evolutiei:
Zbor orizontal:
Din graficele de la zborul orizontal se poate observa ca viteza are o valoare
aproximativ constant in jurul valorii de 200 m/s,iar traiectoria variaza foarte putin,cu
cativa zeci de m. Traiectoria in plan orizontal, unghiul de ruliu , unghiul de cap, si
bracajul de giratie nu sufera nici o modificare. Incidenta oscileaza la inceput dupa care se
stabilizeaza.

Sandela:
Din grafice se constata ca prin bracarea profundorului se trece de la un
nivel mai jos la unul mai sus, realizandu-se astfel sandela. Traiectoria in plan orizontal,
unghiul de ruliu , unghiul de cap se modifica in functie de corectiile facute in fisierele
UNG.DAT.

In urma rularii aplicatiei si a rezultatelor obtinute consider ca modelul matematic simulat reflecta performantele reale ale aeronavei, modelul
matematic fiind o aeronava capabila sa execute zborurile si evolutiile pentru care a fost proiectata.
