Profile
I am currently in the final year of a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Public Relations and on
completion would like to secure a position in the PR industry. I have developed strong oral and
written communication skills and thrive in a fast paced team environment.
I am self-motivated and enjoy being challenged whilst working on multiple projects. I have
particular interest in social media, human issues, reputation management, external relations
and brand development.

Position: Media Officer, Public Affairs and Communications Department.
Responsibilities:
My role is to act as the first point of contact for all internal and external media enquiries
relating to staff, patients, events, spokes people, programs and progress across all Monash
Health sites. The media unit is involved with all areas of social media, issues management and
promotion with many of the leading areas of health having priority focus.
I have been directly involved with organising, coordinating and promoting key events and
stories for media interest. I have been a part of various health campaigns, issue management
tactics and acting as the key contact for Monash Healths media relations.


Monash Health, Kingston Centre Cheltenham

Position: Receptionist and Administrative Support
Responsibilities:
Whilst working on the front reception I was considered the face of the hospital. This involved
having a professional dress, adopting a friendly and approachable manner, greeting customers
and always handling customer needs in a polite and fair way. My receptionist duties included
answering the telephone, interacting with customers, providing accurate directions, filing, data
entry and cleaning.
While I was working in the role of administrative support my duty was to help out whenever
necessary. I was involved in all aspects of administration in the hospital, including writing
correspondence, data entry and giving hospital tours.

Position: Computer Clerk for Health, Information Services
Responsibilities:
Comprised inputting patient medical data, providing patient information to ward staff, scanning
confidential documents, filing and answering the telephone.

Bunnings Warehouse, Mentone:

Position: Sales Assistant
Responsibilities:
Duties included cash register responsibilities, answering customer queries, greeting customers
in a friendly, approachable manner, providing directions and opening and closing the store.
