EDUCATION: as a Spiritual Operation: Education which takes place in the teaching learning process requires the use of intelligence and free will that are, in themselves, spiritual faculties for they belong to the human rational soul which is a Spirit. Thinking, willing, reasoning and doing which proceed from said faculties are spiritual operations. These are express however through bodily order such as:
- use of mouth, hands, central nervous system and other bodily parts in discussing and explaining lessons.
- use of eyes, ears, brain and other bodily parts in listening, reciting, studying and so on. Hence , the bodily activity of the education indicates a spiritual elements. Education is a sharing in Gods spiritual activity which all spiritual operation in bodily existence mirror. The Knowlegde, character and skills imbibed along the process of education also resemble the divine wisdom of God from whom all forms of human wisdom emanate. In truest sense, Education ushers man finally towards God, the ultimate source of wisdom.

EDUCATION: An Inalienable Right An inalienable right - is that which cannot justly be taken away for it is anchored and founded in human nature. The demand of education is anchored and founded on human nature. Human nature tends towards its growth and fullness. Growth and fullness takes place in the operations of the rational faculties inscribed therein, constantly tending towards there objects: the knowledge of truth and the freedom of the will for good. Education plunges into these operations to be of service in the acquisition of said objects without which human growth and fullness may not be realized. The need for education manifests within mans natural propensity to come to the knowledge of truth that should not and can not be separated from man in the tendency of his nature for said growth and fullness. It is the right that is inalienable.

THE CREDIBILITY OF RESEARCH The discussion on research design has been the issue of the credibility of research findings. This neatly expressed by Raimond when he subjects findings to the how do I know? test. Reducing the possibility of getting the answer wrong means that attention has to be paid to two particular emphasis on research design: reliability and validity.
Reliability - refers to the extent to which your data collection techniques or analysis procedures will yield consistent findings. It can be assessed by posing the following three questions ( Easterby-Smith et al. 2008). 1. Will the measured yield the same results on other occasions? 2. Will similar observations be reach by others observers? 3. Is there transparency in how sense was made from the raw data?
Threats to reliability Robson (2002) asserts that there may be four threats to reliability. 1. Subject t or participants error 2. Subject or participants bias 3. observer error 4. observer bias Validity - is concerned with whether the findings are really about what they appear to be about.
Threats to validity 1. History 2. Testing 3. Instrumentation 4. Mortality 5. Maturation

1. Describe the different relationships in Educational Management. Explain their ethical and non-ethical effect. 1.1. The professional relationship pertains to the bonding, affection of an individual in an association who shares the same and or similar practice of occupation. It could developed an ethical relationship by developing rapport to their company, it builds trust and confidence in every member of the association. It also inspire and transparency towards work and show positive regards and respect with each other. But sometimes it has been mis interpreted by other people leading to the destructions of the relationship of each member of the organization. 1.2. Educator-Learner Relationship may established in reference to the educators primary task of ensuring genuine transfer of learning. The educator serve as a facilitator of the process and the learners assumes the role being a recipient of learning. It is better to help the learners but sometimes there are educators who took advantage the immaturity of the young. 1.3. Educator and Superior Relationship, such that the relationship of the teachers and the School head. It is nice to have a harmonious relationship with our superior, helping each other for the good and betterment of the School and the students. There are case sometime that the teacher abused the kindness of the school head and sometime the school abuses the kindness of the teacher resulting to destruction of relationship among members of the faculty and staff. 1.4. The Educator and Parent Relationship which is very important factor to the continuous learning of the students, where the parents and teachers have a direct and continuous consultation to each other regarding the students performance in school. Unfortunately this may lead to the controversy between the teacher and parents because of some people who have a malicious mind. 1.5. The Educator and the Society Relationship, in which teachers may build a good rapport to each member of the community, but sometimes people acts as what as what you are or some they act more than what you are making the teacher take a little distance from them resulting them to get angry with the teacher.
2. Compare and contrast spirituality from leadership with reverence. Discuss their influence in educational management. In my own point of view, I compare spirituality and leadership with reverence in the sense that the leadership is the gift of spirituality in which a good leader is following what is in its spiritual well- being, doing things in accordance with the Gods will. Following Gods will is an execution of spiritual action thus a good leadership must also have. In contrast to the opinion, leadership focusing on its own point of interest, leadership on its own way which does not act in accordance to Gods will, will not be executing spiritual actions. How strong spirituality we have embraced but still having an leadership of our own way may still be possible as long as it is beneficial to the society, is good. But there are cases in which leadership may harm people because of its own self- interest. In other words, if the spirituality and leadership go hand and hand, it must be beneficial to everybody especially in education. But if the leadership will contradict with the spirituality it will be beneficial to some but not to all.
3. When can good practice in education be consider good and ethical? It could be considered good and ethical if everyone could benefit. All clients are entitled to good standards of practice and care from their practitioner in counseling and they should consider carefully their own need for continuing professional development and engage in an appropriate educational activities. Good ethical practice is good professional practice which is good risk management. It is consider good and ethical when doing it righteously and have a good yield. In other words a good teacher doing his/her job in a right way will produce a good, well disciplined, developed, fruitful, progressive and well competitive students.
4. Why ethics is necessary in Educational Management? Describe the ethical and injurious practice in Education. Ethics is necessary to the Educational Management because this is the basis on how we run the institution specially when we are the managers. Whatever move we want to, it should be guided with good action so that we will not get out from it. When dealing with people we are also dealing with good ethics. We should remember always deal people rightly, they will also responding good actions in return. We are mature enough to foresee the consequences of everything did right or wrong. If it is right the consequence is good, if we did wrong we are expecting of the bad consequence in return. In education the ethical practices based on my own opinion, are those practices which could help upgrade the quality of education do we have. Programs, innovations that could enhance the quality education resulting to have a more competitive and fruitful students. The injurious practices in education are those individual actions which lead to the deterioration of quality in education, especially those educators that they work only for their own good not for the good of the students. They will only wanted to received salary but they are not doing their job well, resulting to have students who are non- reader, some could read but cannot comprehend because teachers did not give focus on it.
5. What work ethics would you like your students to develop? Justify your answer. For me the work ethics that I would like my students to develop is the character because this is the most important factor in which individual will become successful to their carrier, where ever we go the most important is to uphold our character one of which is honesty. This is one of the most important element in our life because for me, this is the front line as a human being that people should look unto us. An honest individual is being trusted by somebody elsewhere. Individual felt being trusted by others will also fell true happiness. Being honest individual, people in our surroundings have a feeling of security for everything . Like for example in the school, teachers are looking for an honest students because what ever task entrusted to him/her will be done honestly. In business, the owner may also look for somebody whom being trusted especially in handling money matters. In the field of education, the managers are also wanted to have people might be entrusted for everything, because they believed that he/she can do it honestly without asking for something in return. If we do our job honestly, people in higher positions may impressed and believe on us. They will give us opportunities that may lead us to move up in our in our professions. Honest person is loyal and willing to accept responsibilities that could make him/her fully developed, morally upright and most especially progressive and fruitful individual.

Chapter 1 INTRODUCTION
Background of the Study
Research is sometimes thought to be concerned only with the physical phenomena that man cannot do away with these things because the physical phenomena have domain properly emphasized on material causes and effects. It is true the material factors are the bases which effects mans life because men are more materialistic than idealistic. However man has to be balance his spiritual and material gifts. If spiritual and material service should go hand in hand, research can be smoothly conducted. Research includes how to reduce his burden of work, how to relieve sufferings, and how to increase satisfaction in fulfilling our needs, cravings, and aspirations. To solve this need and problem a researcher will conduct a study using qualitative methods of research to ensure its effectiveness. The conduct of qualitative methods research is of great value to man. Through qualitative methods of research, the quality of mans life has improved from conventional to modern, hence life becomes not only meaningful but enriching as well. Therefore, man must be a dreamer and ambitious, but he must be industrious to achieve his dreams.
Conceptual Framework Figure 1 shows the conceptual framework of the study. The independent variable presented is the qualitative methods of research. It is used to determine my perception as dependent variable, which serves as the basis to determine the significant relationship in my perception on the qualitative methods of research. The line towards it from the independent variable indicates that the way or the other the independent variable could predict my perception. Independent Variable Dependent Variable
QUALITATIVE METHODS OF RESEARCH
MY PERCEPTION Very easy to use Very difficult to use
Figure 1. The Conceptual Framework of the Study Statement of the problem This study will be conducted to find out my perception on the use of qualitative methods of research to conduct study. Specifically, it sought to answer the following questions: 1. What is my perception on the qualitative methods of research? 2. How do I assess the use of qualitative methods of research in the conduct of the study? 3. What is the impact of using qualitative methods of research in the conduct of the study?
Hypothesis: 1. There is no significant relationship in my perception on qualitative methods of research.
Significance of the Study This study is important to the teachers because the useful and relevant information acquired from the study will help them continue theirs works as educators. Through this the students will also be given the opportunity to be part of the of the study conducted by the teachers for their development and progress. This study is also significant to the school administrators for their continuous search for the best managerial acts for them to become more effective managers of the school. The result hopefully, will give value to the parents, stakeholders, and to the whole community because they will understand that through research it could bring a great benefits to every individual as they go along with their journey in facing trials and challenges that may overcome. Finally this study will also be the basis of assessing how qualitative methods of research will become more effective and usable to every individual as they look for the solutions of their daily problems may encounter.
Scope and Delimitation This study is limited to my perception on the qualitative methods of research which I know the best way in conducting research work. The main focus of the study is to find out the significant relationship in my perception on the qualitative methods of research that could be used in the conduct of the study later.
Definition of Terms To have a common understanding of the important terms used in the study, they were operationally defined as follows: Perception insight, or future outlook of a person. Method refer to a process or way of doing something you want. Research means looking for something you want to obtain. Quality is refer to a degree of excellence. Qualitative - relating to or involving quality. Chapter III METHODOLOGY
This chapter deals with the research design, locale of the study, respondents of the study with its specific description and the population, the data gathering instrument and the data gathering procedures on how the study was conducted.
Research Design This study used a qualitative methods of research to study my perception on qualitative methods of research. It determine the significant relationship on my perception on the qualitative methods of research in which the dependent variable is my perception and the qualitative methods of research is the independent variable.
Respondents and Locale of the study The respondents of the study involve only my self as a researcher whom I wanted to explore the used of qualitative methods of research in conducting research work in the future. This research was conducted only to San Jose National High School where I worked.
Sampling Technique This study was conducted using the non- scientific sampling specifically the incidental sampling technique where I myself as researcher can only be considered as the most available respondent in my study to get the desired output.
Data Gathering Instrument The data gathering instrument used is a checklist comprises different questions whom I myself can answer and give accurate responses about the question which I design until I reach the desired answer to my own problem. To ensure the validity and reliability of the instrument, I requested three of my language expert teachers to check the said questions for consistency, and they themselves answered the said questions before I answered it for my reference.
Data Gathering Procedures Since I, as researcher was the only respondent of my study, it is very easy for me to facilitate the flow of the conduct of research work. The researcher respondent did a very careful and systematic way of delivering responses to ensure the consistency and accurate responses in my perception on the qualitative methods of research The data were organized, analyzed, and interpreted after it has been gathered to determine the significant relationship in my perception on the qualitative methods of research.
Chapter IV PRESENTATION OF DATA, ANALYSIS, AND INTERPRETATION OF DATA
This chapter present and the discuss the findings of the study, analysis and interpretation of the data gathered to answer to the specific questions proposed by the problem and to provide evidence for rejection or acceptance of the null hypothesis raised in the statement of the problem. The data were presented sequentially according to the order of the formulated statement of the problem.
During the thorough analysis and simultaneous careful giving of responses regarding my perception on the qualitative methods of research, I finally found out that it is very easy to use qualitative methods of research in the conduct of the research study in the sense that it is purely giving a narrative descriptions of the result of investigations done during the conduct of the study. As I go further with my responses, I really appreciate the use of qualitative methods of research in conducting research work because as a researcher, It could really developed the sense of eagerness to find out the accurate and consistent responses which could be presented and expressed narratively free from our mind and heart. It could also allow us to think more that could make our mind actively functional in giving ideas to be presented, hence it is narratively presented. This is how do I assess the use of qualitative methods of research in the conduct of the research study. As I observe during my investigation and analysis about my research study the impact of using qualitative methods of research is better, because it is done systematically and it could give better and consistent responses as it goes further investigations and analysis. Its has a good impact to researcher in the sense that, the researcher itself could immediately give his own ideas about the problem without any use of statistical treatment.
Chapter V SUMMARY, FINDINGS, CONCLUSIONS AND RECOMMENDATIONS
Summary This study was conducted to find out the significant relationship of my perception on the qualitative methods of research which we use in the conduct of the research work. This study is very important to the students, teachers and administrators because the information which we obtain from this study will help them continue for their search for an innovative process for the continuous changes they wanted to acquire. This is also necessary for the society so that they become aware of the continuous changes that they will experience now a days due to the research studies of an experts individuals. This study will also be the basis of assessing our performance in doing very simple solving of problems that may arise a from day to day living.
Findings We are now aware of some method of solving our problem using qualitative methods of research. As I present the result of my study regarding my perception on the qualitative methods of research, I may now strongly agree that the use of the qualitative methods of research is much better because it helps us developed our thinking skills and systematic way of presenting our ideas.
Conclusions Based on my study, I therefore conclude that, using qualitative methods of research is easy and very much better because it has a great influence to developed our thinking ability, reasoning power and most especially it developed us to present our ideas systematically.
Recommendations It can be seen in the findings and conclusions of the study, it is only imperative for the researcher of the study to recommend the following: 1.) conduct the same study in some other localities, 2.) encourage researchers to use the qualitative methods of research in conducting research studies to develop their thinking skills and reasoning power. 3.) Expose other researcher to some research work using qualitative methods for them to be expert on this field of study.

QUALITATIVE METHODS OF RESEARCH
Chapter II
REVIEW OF RELATED LITERATURE
Research Methods and Thesis Writing are vital subjects in the undergraduate and graduate curricula. But majority of the students enrolled in Research Methods and Thesis Writing find difficulty to write a research paper proposal and thesis due to vague explanation by research professors and thesis advisers and unavailability of simplified book in Research and Thesis Writing. In turn thesis writers back out to write a thesis and settle to a secondary purpose to complete the academic requirements only for salary adjustment. In qualitative methods of research, there are different focuses, one of which is The Qualitative Research: Focus on Phenomenology (Espadero E. )2014, try to help get at the world that exist prior to our conceptualizing it. The LIFE WORLD of experience as lived by them. We begin with the NAVE, PRE-THEORITICAL, PRE- THEMATIZED, PRE-REFLECTED UPON world of the subject. Another focus on the Qualitative Methods of Research is The G rounded Theory: A specific methodology developed by Glaser and Strauss (1967) for the purpose of building theory from data. In their book the term grounded theory is used in more sense to denote theoretical construct derived from qualitative,( Corbin & Strauss, 2008) as stated by (Ventura, 2014).

Education is a lifetime process that a person needs to embrace not only to its personal benefit but also to influence other people in order to become more developed and progressive individual for the future. To realize and overcome these aspect of our life, the school which is considered as our second home is responsible in planning what actions should be done in order to cater this situation. People think before, that the teachers and school head are the one who are responsible for the success of every individual. But then, today it is the whole community who are reliable to the success or failures of the young. The Department of Education is strongly implemented the joint effort of the stakeholders and the school to run the institution hand in hand to make the students become more inspired to continue and finish their studies. In this study it has been emphasized the purposed of the involvement of the stakeholders through the School Governing Council with the School Base Management. The researcher wanted to see the impact of the joint effort of the school and the School Governing Council in Managing the School.
The questions that I want to ask about my research study are the following: 1. What is the role of the School Governing Council in the School-Base Management? The role of the School Governing Council in the School-Base Management is a PROVIDER.
2. How do the School Governing Council help in Managing the School? As a provider, the School Governing Council provide the school what they need, such as school facilities, classrooms. Computers, water facilities and others which the students can be used for learning. The School Governing Council are the one who look for other linkages to ask support in order to cater the needs of the school.
