Development Agency for the AmbITion project.

It should be completed at the start of the project by ALL organisations that are
going to be participating in the project.

A risk assessment is required for each organisation being supported by the
OD Thrive! AmbITion project. Each organisation will be visited by members of
the AmbITion team and taken through a series of questions which will assess
their position with regards to be undertaking the financial, organisational, and
other commitments required by AmbITion.
