CHIFTELE PRAJITURA in forma de Savarina (cupcakes)

Want the kids to eat their meatloaf? Make meatloaf cupcakes! Works every time!
Meat Loaf Cupcakes with Mashed Potatoes
1 pound extra lean ground beef
1/2 pound bulk sweet Italian sausage
1 cup Italian-seasoned breadcrumbs
1 cup shredded carrots
1 cup tomato pasta sauce
1/2 cup water
2 Eggs
1/2 cup finely chopped onion
1 teaspoon finely chopped fresh garlic
1 teaspoon dried oregano leaves
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
6 (3/4-ounce) slices Land O Lakes Deli 4 Cheese Italian Blend cheese
Potato Topping
1 1/4 cups water
6 (3/4-ounce) slices Land O Lakes 4 Cheese Italian Blend, cut into quarters
2 cups mashed potatoes whipped with butter and milk
1/2 teaspoon salt and pepper to taste
Heat oven to 450F. Spray 12 cup muffin pan with no-stick cooking spray. Place muffin pan onto 9 x 13 inch baking pan;
set aside.
Combine all meatloaf ingredients except cheese slices in large bowl; mix well. Stack 6 cheese slices. Cut into 4 even strips;
then cut across into thirds to create 12 small square stacks of cheese.
Shape about 1/3 cupfuls meatloaf mixture into 12 (2 1/2-inch) balls. Press 1 stack cheese into center of each ball,
covering evenly with meat mixture so cheese is in center. Place stuffed meatloaf mixture into muffin cups. Bake 20-25
minutes or until internal temperature is at least 165F and meat is no longer pink.
Meanwhile, combine left over mashed potatoes and 6 cheese quarters and cook over medium-high heat until cheese is
melted. Top each cupcake with about 3 tablespoons potato mixture over each meatloaf; sprinkle with paprika, if desired.

1 kilogram carne de vit (Tocatura, cred, sau amestec cu de porc)
1/2 Pound vrac dulce crnai italian 1 can de pesmet italian-condimentat 1 ceasca morcovi mrunit
1 ceasca sos de rosii paste 1/2 cana de apa 2 oua 1/2 cana ceapa tocata marunt 1 lingurita tocat marunt
usturoi proaspt 1 lingurita de frunze de oregano uscat 1/2 linguri de sare 1/2 lingurita de piper
6 (3/4-ounce) felii Land O Lakes Deli 4 Brnz amestec italian cartofi Topping 1 1/4 cani de apa
6 (3/4-ounce) felii Land O Lakes 4 Brnz amestec italian, tiate n sferturi 2 cani de piure de cartofi
btut cu unt i lapte 1/2 linguri de sare si piper dupa gust

Incalziti cuptorul la 450 F. Spray 12 ceac brio pan cu nici un stick de spray de gatit. Locul brio pan pe
9 x 13 inch tava de copt, retrase din circuitul agricol.
Combin toate ingredientele fleic cu excepia felii de brnz n castron mare, se amesteca bine. Stiva 6 felii
de brnz. Taiata in 4 benzi, apoi se taie pe la treimi pentru a crea 12 stive mici ptrate de brnz. Forma
aproximativ 1/3 cupfuls fleic amestec n 12 (2 1/2-inch) bile. Apsai 1 brnz stiva n centrul de fiecare minge,
acoperind uniform cu amestecul de carne, astfel branza este n centru. Locul umplute fleic amestecul n
pahare de brio.
Coace 20-25 de minute sau pn cnd temperatura intern este de cel puin 165 F i carnea nu mai este roz.
ntre timp, combina stnga peste piure de cartofi si 6/4 brnz i se fierbe la foc mediu-ridicat pn cnd brnza
este topita.
Top fiecare cupcake cu aproximativ 3 linguri de amestec de cartofi pe fiecare fleic, se presara cu boia de
ardei, dac se dorete. Servesc imediat.
