About Us
Perfsio Solutions Sdn Bhd (409870-V) was incor-
porated in 1996. The company has evolved
through the years in IT related activities, mainly
focusing towards e-Learning activities. Perfsio
has been designing leading edge e-Learning
Services since 2007.
To be the leader of e-Learning solutions in Asia.
The company is a wholly owned subsidiary of
Utusan Melayu (Malaysia) Berhad. Acquired by
Asia Online limited of HongKong in 1999, and
renamed as Asia Online Utusan (M) Sdn Bhd. It
changed in equity in 2002. Now it is known as
Perfsio Solutions Sdn Bhd and wholly owned by
Cendana Senada.
Perfsio received its MSC Status in 1996 and is
currently based at MSC Cybercenter in Bangsar
South, Kuala Lumpur.

Chairman
Dato Abu Hanipah Pandak Yahya also known as Pak
Abu is currently the chairman of Perfsio solutions
Sdn Bhd. Pak Abu has vast experience in both gov-
ernment as well as the private sector. He served
under YB Tan Sri Rais Yatim as press secretary in
1980. In year 2003 Pak Abu was the Director of PI
Gas Sdn Bhd and Pesona Metro Sdn Bhd.

Perfsio Solutions Sdn Bhd, has Bachelor in Busi-

ment .She is currently looking at the content
Development of Perfsio.
Suhaini NurAin Binti Abu Hanipah
He is now holding the post of Chief operations
Ofcer for Perfsio Solutions Sdn Bhd with
responsibilities to monitor businesses and opera-
tions for the company. A lawyer by profession
and holds a Master in Business Administration.
He has been with Kumpulan Utusan for 12
years.He also served as an Executive in Amanah
Merchant Bank Bhd from 1993-1999.Prior to that
he was a Legal Assistant at Azmi Ong & Krishnan.
He was also a part time lecturer at Universiti
Malaya and has experience in teaching primary
and secondary schools.

Fareed has vast experience in multiple industry.
His forte is business turnaround and designing
business models. He has helmed UPD Sdn Bhd,
Utusan Sight and Sound Sdn Bhd, brand manag-
er for Kosmo newspaper, designed a new startup
called Utusan Karya Sdn Bhd (which currently
houses all Utusan's Magazines), and fnally
designed a new business model for Perfsio Solu-
tions in 2006.
He has ever since stayed with the company and
has been responsible in the design of
Kareer.com.my (now called Jobhouse Sdn Bhd),
ManggaOnline, Kosmo Online, SajiOnline, and of
course Tutoronline.com.my.

Fareed Abdul Ghani, Executive Director/Chief
Operations Ofcer
Mika has been the technical director of Perfsio
since 2004. He is an avid advocate of open
source. His experience spans 15 years of linux/u-
nix environments, mobile platforms including
mission critical systems. Prior to his position in
Perfsio, he worked with one of the largest web
portals in Finland at the time, pioneering interac-
tive television with MTV-3 (Finland). Mika was a
signifcant part of the team-building eforts of
the next-generation advertisement software for
Dow Jones (USA).
Nor Nizam @Anne Zakaria looks into the administra-
tion and fnance division of the company.
She has over 10years of experience in Amanah Mer-
chant Bank Bhd and Alliance Merchant Bank Berhad
in Finance. She was also formerly an Auditor at ZM
Management Sdn Bhd. She holds a Diploma in
Banking.

An Integrated development environment target-
ed towards students that is used to program and
control LEGO robots using a programming
language based on the C programming language
The Lego Mindstorms series of kits contain soft-
ware and hardware to create customizable,
programmable robots. They include an intelligent
brick computer that controls the system, a set of
modular sensors and motors, and LEGO parts
from the Technics line to create the mechanical
systems.
The combination o Lego Mindstorms has been
optimized for classroom use and contains all the
necessary teaching. It allows students to create,
build program (computer programming) and
testing their solutions based on robotic technolo-
gy to real life.
This set can also be used as a practical education-
al tools on Science and Technology (Chemistry,
Physics) and Mathematics f engineering and

that frst to penetrate Indonesian market are
Campus Management System (CMS) namely
COLUMS. COLUMS is considered the frst product to

Since 2007, millions of streamyx users have been
given an opportunity to subscribe to Tutor Online
using TM Net white label product Tutor Online,
EC4Kids, AKids and MyKamus.
Since TM Net was incorporated into Telekom
Malaysia group, a new department, New Media
has taken the initiative to ofer not only Tutor
Online, but also, Tutor Akids, EC4Kids and Tutor
MyKamus to their streamyx and Unify subscribers

Bank Simpanan Nasional (BSN) has their kids

CIMB Bank, through its CIMB Foundations,
entrusted Perfsio Solutions to implement its CSR
for ten selected schools nationwide. It was done
in a big scale where CIMB Foundation has
contributed computers and constructed comput-
er labs in suburban schools, and subscribed to
Tutor Online to prepare for UPSR exams.
Results from this initiative have shown a tremen-
dous success where 80% of the students increase
in their grades and 15% increase in students
achieving straight As.

Terminal Sejahtera under Kementerian Wilayah dan Kese-
jahteraan Luar Bandar (KWKLB)
KWKLB has come up with the Computer Base
Centers (CBC) known as Terminal Sejahtera. The
centers have 40 computers that allow 40 students
to use the computers at one time. The program
was introduced to assist the underprivileged
students. KWKLB had chosen Tutor Online as the
education content of choice for the students
