(hroughout your life time, you have been faced with choices, ones that lead you down a pathway
resulting in specific e)periences and spaces of learning. In #$$%, you will be shown clearly how
past paradigm ways of thin&ing have inhibited your power of choice. It is a time of truly
understanding the motivation behind your choices and the inner chatter that ta&es place prior to one

list of priorities is being brutally honest with yourself.
In order to be authentic, in order to reclaim your authentic self and to live an authentic life you need
to 0uit living in denial. /&irting issues, beating around the bush and ma&ing e)cuses for your sad lot
in life has come to an end. #$$% is the gateway into your authentic universe, the world where the

One of the main reasons why there is such a high level of depression at this time, is because the soul
is weeping as a result of the disconnection that has ta&en place with the authentic self. ,ost people
are living their lives motivated by survival and fear. ,any people are in outdated situations, they
are in relationships, !obs and geographic locations that are no longer a part of their 9ivine @lan 5
systems that have e)pired. nd because people are still in those systems of old energy they are

intense that the depression sets in. (his is why the !ourney of embracing the authentic self is such an

the person ac&nowledging where they are for now and then being honest about all the reasons why

influence the decision to stay where they are. Once that is out in the open, one can begin to ma&e
physcial changes. If an issue is low self5worth, and one believes that one does not deseve a more

foundation we are referring to is that which was created within the formative years 5 the first % years
of ones life. Where ever there is a crac& in the foundation, whatever was placed within that
foundation that no longer serves the soul is being changed, which is what has been ta&ing place
between 6777 and #$$C. *ow, #$$% is the ne)t leg of the so5called !ourney where one is ready to
create a new foundation, to re5create that which was lost during the formative years as a result of
e)ternal programming, and reclaiming all the authentic aspects of the 9ivine /elf and creating
(8( as the new foundation. s a result, individuals are 0uestioning themselves, uncertain about
choices that need to be made, decions that must be made and action that must be ta&en. One minute
a person is feeling motivated and the ne)t minute they want to ta&e their own life. It is the initial
reaction to this very high fre0uency of "osmic energy that has been sent in to ensure that the
direction that the new energy is creating will be one that leads everyone into the world of their
authentic self. (he volatility is also the aspects of self that are afraid of the un&nown, and what
these changes will result in. 'What will one lose?' 'What will one have to sacrifice?' '8ow will the
changes occur?' But in truth there is no loss, there will be no sacrifice, and one will simply move
into the changes gracefully, because that is the way synchronicity wor&s. @art of healing means
accepting that there are aspects of your life you will not be able to control from the perspective of
the ego. (here comes a time when one must let go and let God. (his often gives rise to that sense of
volatile emotion . feelings, and of course, mind chatter that is very confusing. But do you &now
what is most important? (he fact that you are aware that your body is undergoing change. (he fact
that you are willing to embrace the change and allow your guides to show you what the new
direction is. We urge all of you to embrace the current changes in that manner, and to trust the
unseen sources and forces of energy around you and at your disposal.

repeat it. It is vital to nurture yourself as much as you have to nurture the rest of your life. We have
heard every e)cuse under the sun, believe me, there are many, perhaps it is a boo& we should

sense of relief is indescribable. +ou do not have to do it every day, aside one morning, one
afternoon or even one hour in your month that is purely dedicated to you. (hat is the most important
gift you can give yourself, and the most inportant physical action you can ta&e right now for
yourself. +ou see, the space you are in now, is not a healthy one for you or your family, so you
have to ta&e a few steps bac&, and you are going to have to 'deprive' your children and your partner
of some time with you. 8owever, the gift is that when you are bac& in their space you feel
refreshed, loving, energised and strong, and you can give them 0uality time.
hat effects will the new energies ha&e on the emotions and economically?

depression, the volatility of the emotions and of course vulnerability will be a very big part it too.
@eople feeling that they !ust cannot carry on the way they are is why depression will be a area to

time, and it will not be limited to females or adults.
3conomically it is going to be as volatile, simple because of people>s uncertainty regarding
themselves and their future. Because #$$% has such a focus on stepping into the authentic self, self5
worth will be challenged li&e never before. (his is vital in order for humanity to emerge as a
collective body of self5acceptance. Because of people>s uncertainty regarding their self5worth, they
may very well impact upon their financial situation as a result, highlighting their beliefs in lac& or
loss. 8owever it can be rapidly salvaged by owning the contribution through ones beliefs systems

the eductaion regarding the utilisation of certain substances in their home, their vehicle, in their
mind, in their heart, everywhere. It is a collective body healing. 8umans, world and spirit, every
single aspect of life will be addressed.
