Print this Admission Ticket by clicking the "Print" button above. Bring a print-out of the
admission ticket, along with valid ID documents, on the day of the test. You will not be admitted to the
test center without this ticket.
If you are taking a computer-delivered test, please arrive at the test center 30 minutes prior to
the report time shown below to allow time for check-in. The test duration listed on your ticket includes
an additional 30-45 minutes for the completion of tutorials. The test duration listed here is NOT the
actual time allotted to complete the test. (Example: For Elem Ed: Curriculum, Instruction, and
Assessment (5011) - Duration: 2.5 hr(s), the actual test duration is 2 hours, plus 30 minutes time allotted
for the completion of tutorials.) To confirm your actual test duration and to get a breakdown of the types
of questions you will encounter, please view the Study Companion or Test at a Glance for your test,

If you are taking a paper-delivered test, please arrive at the test center at the report time shown
below for each test. If you arrive at the center after the reporting time(s), you may not be admitted to the
test session. Actual testing will begin after check-in procedures are complete. To get more information

Important: Occasionally the test center's street address or reporting location is changed just prior to
the test date. To obtain the most recent and accurate reporting address information, sign in to your
account three days prior to the test to verify the test center's reporting location and reprint your
admission ticket. Do not wait until the morning of the test to do this.

What to Bring to the Test Center
Admission ticket and photo ID (or any other required acceptable and valid identification). Please
visit www.ets.org/praxis/test_day/id and carefully review the identification requirements. If you do not
bring proper ID to the test center, you may not be permitted to test.
If you are taking a paper-delivered test, bring three or four sharpened, soft lead (No. 2 or HB)
pencils and a good eraser. These are not supplied at the test center.
If you are taking a computer-delivered test, please do NOT bring your own pencils or erasers.
They will be supplied at the test center.
(optional) A blue or black pen for any constructed-response (essay) portion of your paper-delivered
tests. Pens are not supplied at the test center.
A calculator if allowed for your test (see Calculator Use
at www.ets.org/praxis/test_day/policies/calculators).
If you are taking the Art: Content and Analysis (0135) test, you must bring four color
reproductions (e.g., photographs, prints from digital files) of your own artwork in two different media.
Each image must be of a different work and must be clear and show the complete artwork.
No Personal Items
Please note: Cell phones, smart phones (such as BlackBerry devices, iPhones, etc.), PDAs
and/or any other electronic, photographic, listening, scanning, or recording devices are not
permitted at the test center at all. If you bring such devices to the test center, you will be dismissed
from the test, your test fees will be forfeited and your scores will be canceled. If you are seen USING
such a device, in addition to the above penalties, the device will be confiscated and inspected. Test
center staff are not permitted to collect and/or store devices.
Personal items are not allowed in the testing room.
You may be asked to empty your pockets.
Test centers assume no responsibility for your personal items.
Modifying Your Registration
Changing Your Contact Information: You can change your contact information online or by phone
within 15 business days after the test to ensure receipt of scores.
Changing Your Test Center or Date: You can change your test center or date for a current
registration for a fee of $30. More information about this can be found
at www.ets.org/praxis/register/changes/.
Changing Your Score Recipient(s): You may change or add any free score recipients online up to
the date of the test. An alternative way to do this is to download the E-Ticket Correction Form, found
at www.ets.org/praxis and send it to ETS (must be received at ETS by the date of the test) or submit it
to the test center supervisor on the day of the test. After the test date, you cannot change your free
score recipients. Paid score recipients and additional score reports cannot be changed at any time,
however, you may order additional score reports online, by phone, mail, or fax at any time for a fee of
$40.
Removing a Test from Your Registration: To remove a test from your registration and request a
refund online, click the "Remove Test" link on your Order List or Order Details, or mail the Refund
Request Form found atwww.ets.org/praxis/register/changes/. Requests must be received no later than
three full days prior to your original test date. Refunds are given for test fees and surcharges (if
applicable) only. Service fees are nonrefundable. Refunds will be in U.S. dollars. Payments made by
credit card will be credited back to that account.
