Lehtinens Motion for Rule to Show Cause Why Angel Cortias Should Not be Disqualified as Counsel for the Tribe (ECF No. 334). Plaintiff Miccosukee Tribe of Indians of Florida and its attorneys, Yinet Pino, Esquire, Yesenia Lara, Esquire, and Bernardo Roman, III, Esquire filed their Omnibus Response to Motions to Disqualify Angel Cortias, Esq. (ECF No. 345), to which Lewis Tein submitted their Reply in Support of Motion for Order to Show Cause Why Angel Cortias Should Not be Disqualified (ECF No. 347). Having fully considered the Motions for Order to Show Cause Why Angel Cortias Should Not be Disqualified, the record, the relevant legal authorities, and the argument of counsel on June 5, 2014, for the reasons stated in open court, it is hereby ORDERED and ADJUDGED that Lewis Teins Motion for Order that Angel Cortias Show Cause Why He Should Not be Disqualified (ECF No. 331) and Dexter W. Lehtinens Motion for Rule to Show Cause Why Angel Cortias Should Not be Disqualified as Counsel for the Tribe (ECF No. 334) are GRANTED.
