Major Projects

• Design and implementation of an online Library System

The project aimed at designing a Database to maintain the College Library Records and to provide a
convenient interface to the administrator to update, search and delete entries, in an efficient, minimum
processing way. It was done using Mysql and Php.

• Interactive Game
This is a small and simple game using graphics in C++. The aim of the project was to make an interactive
game. In this game the player catches egg thrown by Egg thrower and goes on to various levels.

• STL Functions Library and Encyclopedia

The project aimed to create a simple, relevant, user friendly online tutorial for the STL. Very basics
examples (both in C and C++) were provided to explain each function clearly. For detail study of any topic
links were provided in the Encyclopedia.

• An Online Catalog for Programmers.

The objective of project was to create a optimum and relevant catalogue for students which contained
various books’ names categorized by the language ( eg . C, C++), links to them, varying from basic books to
highly advance books. HTML, Flash and Dreamweaver were used.

Other projects

• Implemented a chat application using client-server architecture. The coding was done in Java
• Designed a simple text editor similar to vi using doubly linked list in data structure course.
• Attended a workshop organized by SUN Microsystem on JAVA during march 2008
• Composed various circuits like adders, multipliers using gates and diodes.
• Simulation of DSB-SC and AM modulation techniques using Matlab.
