FIXED PERIOD APPOINTMENT Dear Pushpendra,
With reference to your application and subsequent interview, we are pleased to offer you appointment as Field Executive with our company. You will be posted at Attrauli (Aligarh) (Uttar Pradesh).
Other terms and conditions of your employment will be as under:
1. Salary on Cost to Company: Your salary would be Rs. 9161/- (Rs Nine thousand and sixty one only) per month and it would be subject to statuary deductions.
2. Period of Employment: 1 st October 2012 to 31 st December 2012
3. Probation and Notice Period: This appointment can be terminated if your performance and conduct are found un-satisfactory or not meeting our expectations. Your services can be terminated at any time without assigning any reason by giving 15 days notice in writing. The notice for termination can be on either side. You will be relieved and full and final account will be settled only when you furnish 'No-Dues Certificates' from all the customers in your territory.
Provided that if your services are terminated for any act which is treated as a misconduct by the Company, at its sole discretion, no such notice or payment of basic salary in lieu thereof will be necessary.
4. If any of the information furnished by you through your Bio-Data / Application or any other document in connection with your employment with our Company is found to be incorrect or it is found at a later date that you have not revealed any relevant information, your services are liable to be terminated forthwith without any notice or notice pay in lieu thereof.
5. During employment with the Company, you can be posted or transferred to any of the locations or departments of the Company. Upon such posting you will not be entitled to any other allowances and facilities.
6. In the matter of service conditions including those not specifically covered by this letter, you will be governed as per the companys policy in force from time to time and the Companys decision shall be final and binding.

7. This appointment and its continuance are subject to your being certified and remaining medically fit by the District Medical Officer. You are liable to submit the Medical Report of your fitness within 15 days of joining the Company.
8. DUTIES, RESPONSIBILITIES & CODE OF CONDUCT :
a. The company expects you to work with high standards of initiative, efficiency and economy. You will perform, observe and conform to such duties, direction and instructions assigned or communicated to you from time to time by the company and those in authority over you. You should adhere to the Core Values of the Company.
b. You will devote your entire time to the work of the Company and will not undertake any direct or indirect business or work, honorary or with remuneration. Contravention of this will lead to the termination of your service without any notice or compensation in lieu of such notice.
c. You shall not seek membership of any local or public bodies without first obtaining written permission from the Management.
d. You shall neither divulge nor give out information to any unauthorized person(s), Company, Corporation, Firm, Syndicate during the period of your service or even afterwards by word of mouth, electronically or otherwise, particulars or details of our business processes, technical know-how, security arrangements, administrative and/or organizational matters of a confidential / secret nature, which may be your privilege to know by virtue of your being our employee. You shall not use or attempt to use any information which may be acquired by you during the course of your employment with the Company in any manner which may injure or cause loss to the Company.
e. You shall keep confidential all the information and material provided to you by the Company or by its clients concerning their business, in order to enable the Company to perform the service. This also includes such information as is already known to public which also you will not release, use or disclose except with the prior written permission of the Company. Your obligation to keep such information confidential shall remain even on or after termination or cancellation of this employment.
f. You will not enter into any commitments or dealings on behalf of the Company for which you have no express authority nor alter or be a party to any alteration of any principle or policy of the Company or exceed the authority or discretion vested in you without the previous sanction in writing of the Company or those in authority over you.
g. You will be responsible for the safe keeping and return in good condition and order of all the properties of the company which may be in your use, custody and care or charge. For the loss of any property of the Company in your possession, the Company will have a right to assess on its own basis and

h. recover the damages of all such materials from you and to take such other actions as it deems proper in the event of your failure to account for such material or property to Companys satisfaction.
9. The assignment offered to you is on whole time basis. You will not carry on or be concerned with any business of your own or on behalf of anyone else directly or indirectly, nor shall you take up other business or be associated with any other business with or without remuneration during the course of your employment with the Company.
10. Any change in your residential address, phone nos. (Landline or mobile) and email id must be communicated to us immediately in writing.
11. In case of any dispute of any kind arising out of your employment or breach of contract(s), the courts of law in Chandigarh alone shall have jurisdiction to adjudicate upon any such dispute.
12. The Management views the compensation offered to you as an extremely confidential matter and any leakage of the same shall be viewed as serious breach of this confidence at your level.
13. You will abide by the policies pertaining to Ethical Guide, Going out of Station without information and Leave policy. These are attached with this letter along with formats for ready reference and compliance.
14. If this offer is acceptable to you on the terms and conditions contained herein please return duplicate copy of this appointment letter duly signed with date as a token of your acceptance.
15. You are advised to join on 1 st October, 2012 at your headquarter.
