Estimado cliente, sinceramente lamentamos cualquier molestia experimentada debido a los inconvenientes que han
surgido con el equipaje que registr con nosotros. Hacemos de su conocimiento que para poder aceptar su
reclamo, es necesario que nos presente los siguientes documentos:
Copia del tiquete o su recibo de compra
Copia del reporte de irregularidad (PIR).
Etiqueta original del equipaje.
Copia de los recibos de los artculos listados
como daados o extraviados(si aplica).
Recibos originales de los artculos comprados
debido a la demora en la entrega de su equipaje
(si aplica).
Copia del recibo de cobro adicional por el
transporte de su equipaje (si aplica).

Aviso sobre limitaciones de responsabilidad por equipaje
La aceptacin de esta forma de reclamo no supone una admisin de responsabilidad legal por parte de la aerolnea.


Dear customer, we apologize for any troubles under gone in relation to the inconveniences experienced with the luggage
that you registered with us. In order to accept your claim, it is necessary that you present to us the following documents:
Copy of the ticket or purchase receipt.
Copy of the irregularity report (PIR).
Original bag tag.
Copy of receipts for all damaged or lost articles
listed (if applicable).
Original receipts for all articles bought due to delay
on delivery of your luggage (if applicable).
Copy of the receipt for additional luggage
transportation charges (if applicable).
